I love this guys I just bought 2014 Nissan sentra I was looking for any transportation after my car got in accident and I didn’t have transportation. They got me approved and worked with me on my down payment. I couldn’t believe I have got a car loan to build up my credit and got a car in the same time. Keven was a great salesman and he was always responsive to my email and text. Every time I go there they treated me very well. I have been in multiple dealers and they didn’t do half this guys did. I was feeling other dealer just looking for the money and don’t care about me or my family best interest. They offered multiple finance options and helped me out to choose the best interest rate to save as much as I can. I really appreciate what they doing and working for customers I have seen this myself they doing it for every one at the show room. I will highly recommend them for family and friend. Thanks god I stopped by there because they have a very nice cars and all nice and clean.

This place is very very good but I bought a BMW and I love the car for me and they fix it for me for free I have no problem at all. These guys are my guardian angels. Some of the only strangers I’ve ever trusted, especially at a used car dealership! My car broke down near their shop. My tow truck never came. I was exhausted and had my dog with me. My phone was dead so I walked in and asked if I could use a charger. They gave me a charger, but they also gave me so much more! They offered to take a look at my car. They literally went and pushed it from the 71S on ramp, had their mechanic look at it immediately, get the parts, and fix it. All while I was able to sit in their office with my dog. When it came time to pay, the owner told me that I didn’t even have to pay if I didn’t want to - he was just doing me a favor. I, of course, want to help small businesses when possible, so I paid, but much less than I would have paid elsewhere. I trusted these men with my car and I would trust them with any of the used cars they are selling on their lot. They could have lied to me about what I needed fixed or up-charged me, but they did none of those things. I would recommend them to anyone. They have restored my faith in humanity.

Had Hamza as a dealer, he was great, friendly, and made sure the vehicle was to our liking. The car fax was good, really liked having that available. Only downside is there was absolutely no negotiating in price. But overall we left happy! I originally gave them 4 stars but had to knock it down to 3. Not long after leaving the dealership we pulled over to see that the vehicle literally had little to no oil in it, the coolant was empty as well and the windshield wiper fluid. Glad we checked it when we did.

I made a trip from Chicago to columbus to come check out this A8 and to be honest it was everything I’ve been looking for! Freshly detailed interior and the detailing under the hood was remarkable and as it should the vehicle ran absolutely great! My salesman shauon was with me through each step from initial contact through closing the sale very good business I would highly recommend.

Disclaimer we were car shopping for my husband and they were the only dealership near us that had the electric car he wanted at a reasonable price. First they have so many cars packed in that you have to park in the gas station next door. The salesman we had was extremely nice it was when it came time for the actual purchase. We sit down with the finance guy and the first monthly payment he states is almost as much as my car payment for a about 4 thousand dollars more car. I ask why the payment was so high in which he then share they added their top warranty package without even asking. Now I'm loyal to particular dealership but as I stated we came here as they had the car my husband wanted. So the warranty was the first thing he adjusted to a cheaper package. Then the price of the car online they promently show the cash price and in very easy to miss print the cost if you take a loan which is way more. We were able to negotiate a little bit to get to a payment we wanted but overall I was not happy. I definitely will stick with my preferred dealer from now on.

I called to ask about a Subaru Forester and was connected with a gentleman named Shauon. I told him I would have to drive 3+ hours to look at the car so I needed to know anything about vehicle damaged, cosmetic issues, etc. As we were on the phone, he told me he pulled up the carfax on the car and that it was in mint condition and a great deal. “No issues whatsoever”. We scheduled an appointment for me to drive up tomorrow. I later texted and asked if he would send me the carfax, as it was not available online. He sent it over a few hours later and it had structural damage reported, as well as a recall that had not been taken care of. I would not recommend going here as this individual lied directly to me on specific questions I asked and was going to let me take a 6+ hour round trip to get a vehicle that was not as described.

Special thanks to YL and Chris for the time and effort spent locating and purchasing my Land Rover Range Rover all the way from Chicago for me. This dealership always have a different variety of cars coming in and out, and every year when I need a new car or want to switch one of mine out they have amazing prices compared to the other dealerships and the transaction is always very easy and smooth. I originally purchased a vehicle from Columbus luxury cars in 2010. The owner was helpful and respectful, and the car was reliable, so of course, when I wanted to purchase a car recently, I went straight back. I have also recommended them to my friends for ten years. Unfortunately, I had the bad experience of dealing with a salesman named David this time. David wasted literally HOURS of my time. He claimed that he had many cars available to sell me, but in the end it was only a few, some of which were terribly mildewed and stained or filled with car parts. When I found one that was sufficient, we took it on a test drive, and I could hear that it clearly had engine problems. He offered to let the owner test drive it with me, and since the owner is a good man, he was honest and told me he would fix it before he sold it to me. When I asked for a time frame, he told me one-two weeks. While I was waiting, a pushy salesman named Chris called me, trying to pressure me to buy a car I had no interest in buying. When I told him I'm waiting on a certain car, he lied and claimed it was already fixed. I told him I would wait for the owner to call, but that didn't happen. When I called and spoke to my original salesman, David, the one who kept me there for hours feigning pleasantries, he told me he'd speak with the owner to find out what was going on, then he'd call me by the end of the day. No call. I called the owner shortly before they closed, and he told me in all honesty, he hadn't gotten around to fixing the car for me yet. He said he'd update me in a day or two. I waited over the weekend, and at the end of the day Monday, I called again to ask David what was going on with selling me that car. Suddenly he had no idea what he was doing. All he could do is make excuses that he didn't know what was going on. I asked why no one was calling me back. I asked if they just didn't want my business, and mentioned that if they didn't want to sell me a car, they could just tell me now and stop wasting my time. He raised his voice to me, and as I sat in silence, quietly appalled, he hung up the phone. I called back to speak to the owner, but David made sure to answer the phone this time, possibly to prevent me from speaking to his superior. I told him he was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, and I would make sure to let the boss know that I will take my business elsewhere because of HIS behavior. So that's where I am at, and that's why I'm writing this review. I know Columbus luxury auto to be a reputable place with a selection of quality cars, and I hope they continue to treat other customers better than they treated me.

Do not waste your time going to this dealership. I called them to discuss a vehicle that I was interested in and they informed me that the vehicle was still available. So I told them what time I was coming in to test drive it. When I got to the dealership there's nowhere to even park at the dealership. It's hard to get into the dealership. And they have all the cars blocked off. Then I get in and the guy wanted to ask me a hundred questions about financing and I told him that I did not need them to finance me. Needless to say I drove all the way there and did not even test drive the car. Very poor salesmanship. I don't know what they are selling, but I am not buying. And I suggest you to not even waste your time.

I was looking for a bmw m5 and came here because they had the only one within 100 miles with low miles and a spotless interior, the finance manager YL got me a great deal on the car after working with the bank after hours to lower the interest rate on my loan as much as possible. I went to view a car that was listed on their website. When it came time to purchase the vehicle they increased the price by $3k. Bait and switch, racist, tried to pull a fast one because I am a woman. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!

Worst experience buying a car. Took my deposit, tried to sell me a SUV with major transmission problems. Tried to pass the check engine light off as a fuse replacement. Never returned my deposit although I did not purchase the vehicle after having it inspected.

I will never buy a car there again I purchased a 2015 corvette I was informed that it was a rebuilt title by the salesman Kevin and that it didn’t have any frame damage. When I took the car to have some work done they informed me that the whole frame had been welded and it was not done properly and that there were parts that weren’t even welded and the car should have never passed inspection and it was a hazard to drive. I took the car back and took a loss of 8000 dollars

Do your due diligence and research before working with this unprofessional staff at this facility. My son and I visited this location a couple weeks ago to look at a vehicle he was interested in. Upon pulling into the lot there was no public parking and we were ushered to park at a gas station next door. The vehicles were parked on top of each other with very minimal to no access for viewing. Most of the vehicles are scratch and dent high mileage over priced and most commonly serviced and or worked on by a backyard mechanic if you will. We called the day before to confirm the vehicle was available and were advised to come in. It would have taken their team 3 - 4 hours to rotated their stock of "Clunkers and Junkers" just to get the vehicle out and moved around. After looking at the vehicle we noticed electrical sensors on the rear wheel wells were blatantly disconnected. Once starting the vehicle the dashboard electronics began to cycle through displaying numerous problems. To add more the vehicle was backed up so far against the fence the bumper was pushed in. Vehicle reflected more than likely homeless people or junkies were utilizing it after hours as the remnants of food wrappers and paraphernalia were left behind. I assume it was the owner who wanted us to stay and was willing to have the vehicle moved only if we had cash at hand. We were advised we should have came earlier so they have more advanced time to circulate there stock. Who goes to a so called dealership where the vehicles are jimmied so close you can not even browse or shop further more open the vehicle doors to view properly. Buyer beware do your research and go elsewhere. I also noticed reading other reviews many important electronic safety censors and equipment are being disconnected to remove the coding from coming up on the dash. It is more than likely most of the vehicles on site are being cleared of the codes by disconnecting the battery temporarily as this will default all sensors from popping up just long enough for you the potential buyer to close your deal and be left responsible for the expensive repairs that will be needed. My experience speaks for itself and always remember you get what you pay for. If something smells odd in most cases it normally is. Never work with someone you don't trust! Good Luck...
