They’re bad, but not the worst. Their app doesn’t work. If you’re ahead of your payments, they’ll just stop sending you statements (can be a good thing). They will never answer their phone, if you have a question about the app, they wont pick up the phone. If you need to make a payment on the loan, they wont pick up. You can leave messages and they wont respond. The only good thing I can say about this credit Union is that their shared branch payment is pretty good. It’s convenient to make payments through other credit unions, with the exception, you can’t pay off your loan. You have to contact columbine to make the last payment

Worst banking experience EVER!!!!! They tried to keep charging us after our loan was paid off this summer. Then sent us a check a month after it was paid off. Then they called us months later claiming we withdrew money from the account which was closed after we had moved to another state. Instead of calling and kindly explaining that they had made several mistakes they called us and basically accused us of stealing from them!!! Horrible customer service! We are now sending them back the money that they apparently mistakenly sent us after we have been greatly affected by Covid. Screw this "bank".

Recently, I visited the Dry Creek branch to open an account. I was directed to Cynthia (I think she is a branch manager). She provided me with excellent customer service. Also, she suggested opening another type of account that would fit my needs better. I really like when professionals give me an advice/suggestion in the field of their knowledge instead of doing what I told them to do. I am not an expert, and I appreciate the service Cynthia provided to me.

We love Columbine Federal. They recently has some changes in management and we feel like the emphasis on the customer is outstanding. They have great rates for loans, credit cards and we have saving accounts here for the kids as well. We will start the with teen checking accounts when the time comes to help educate our kids on finances.

Recently had the pleasant experience of working with Oliver on a loan. Everyone in office was friendly and helpful. Oliver was patient , resourceful, personable . I feel he had my best interest at heart . Highly recommend the Dry Creek office! Thank you!!

I LOVE my credit union. They are always willing and motivated to help whenever I need something, and they consistently go the extra mile. The ability to bank at any co-op is hella convenient, and on the rare occasions I do have to visit them in person, it's friendly, quick and professional. I will never quit Columbine and credit unions are WAY more individual oriented than big banks.

I have been a member of my fare share of banking institutions. As far as Columbine Federal Credit Union goes, they are hands down one of the best banks to work with. Checking accounts, savings accounts, working with them to get a loan, anything thing a bank is intended for, they are the ones your should turn to. Thanks for being there for me Columbine.

Won't call me back so I can make a payment on my loan, I've called everyday this week and they won't get back to me

I've been a member at CFCU for 3 years now and have LOVED banking there! Every member of the team is super friendly and helpful. I have a good rate on my credit card and their new online banking system is great. Couldn't ask for a better Credit Union!

worst experience i have ever had with a financial institution. They double charge me constantly, account isn’t credited for payments, i have sent my insurance information almost a DOZEN times now And they “never receive” the information. I can understand a couple errors, but they have been absolutely horrid. Would never even consider using this institution again. Would never recommend anyone to this bank.
