Bill is amazing! He was always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner. He was very professional and patient with me as this was my first time purchasing a home.

What can i say before we even filled out an application Bill worked with us to ensure we would get approved. We had to clean up our credit and Bill made sure he sent us in the right direction and gave us the info we needed to get the home loan we wanted and deserved. The process was a long one but he never faltered and we got it done and a great house and price to boot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Bill was not easy to work with. Instead of there being a list of the things they needed to apply, we would turn in something they asked for and then immediately be told that it was the wrong version. This happened repeatedly with no positive result. A lot of wasted time! Could this have been the first time they worked with a retired person trying to co-sign a loan? Better to go with someone that knows what is needed and can get you the loan you need. Bill never even told us why we didn’t qualify and he will not call us back. Very unprofessional!

Bill & Charles (and staff) are absolutely amazing! They have done 2 home loans for my husband and I and 1 refinance. They have also done 2 home loans for other family members and several friends! I was the applicant and it was very difficult to complete the application process but they failed to get the mortgage we were applying for. I have left two messages to call me and have never heard back from Bill. I believe he owes me an explanation as to why he couldn't get the job done. Common courtesy and good business practice be darned.
