A good buddy of mine recommended opening an account with Columbia. He has personal and business lines with them and raved about their customer service. Well I now owe him 100 eye blinks because he was spot on. I know we shouldn't have favorites, but Heidi S is my fave. Awesome isn't descriptive enough. They have her at the perfect spot in the bank because she draws you in and then after you talk to her for a while, you're referring everyone you know to her. Please go see her so she can hit her benchmarks and command a raise and better yet some much needed R&R from work. Ciao!

CCU is a very well run organization. Good people, excellent service, and a part of the Clark County Community. Have always been good to our family.

The tellers are super helpful and friendly every time we go into this branch but don't expect much help from Megan Meeks at the service desk she's too lazy and incompetent to do her job and puts no value on customer service and she should not be in her position, maybe in the back room counting pennys if she's just going to be rude and unhelpful to the customer would be more suitable.

Giving this Columbia CU location 4 stars because I recently got hit with Fraud (2nd time in 4 years) and besides giving me a new debit card they only seem to do the bare minimum and that's not good enough. The staff always feel like their overworked and they won't solve your financial problems unless you ask very specific questions. If you ever have Fraud in the future ask for a Dispute form and you can submit that after a week or so. The employees/managers here need to do their jobs correctly instead of the bare minimum. 1 star for the convenient location + 3 stars for the new card and loyalty/trust I've had with them since being a teenager.

Tyler one of the loan officers was originally the person who helped me start my account. He was very kind and friendly my first visit. And any issue since then has taken it upon himself to go above and beyond for me to resolve any issue. I highly recommend him. But, certain policies should be changed within this organization to prevent the feeling of being nickle and dimed.

Nice people. Great bank with a drive through. They also have a coin machine for your change.
