I cannot help but add one more five star review to this group - six if I could. This team was so helpful with all my questions on the front end as we shopped around - I spent a good deal of time on the phone with them just getting a better understanding of the entire home loan process. They made the process incredibly straightforward and smooth, were able to offer very competitive rates compared to other lenders I spoke with, and were always very easy to get ahold of. They prepared us with tailored pre-approval letters for each and every potential house in our house-hunting process, and there were a lot of them before we found THE house. They were ready to make calls to the seller agents confirming our approval and their standing beside our offer. When it came time to go under contract and close in just 9 DAYS, John and his team were primed to help us make that short timeline happen. They got amazing praise from the selling agent, and told us we would not have been sitting at the closing table without him (and our rockstar realtor).
