I've used Colonial Title for two closing over the years. They are great. Excellent customer service and everything is as smooth as can be.

These people had our file for six weeks and didn't do anything! They wouldn't even go over to the courthouse to get deeds out of the archives, which is literally next to their office. The only paperwork that they compiled was what we hand delivered to them. They wouldn't even give us any updates. We had to call them once a week just to see what was happening. All that they would tell us was that they were waiting on people to call us back. The only time that they actually did anything expediently with our file is when we got mad and told them to transfer everything to Tennessee title in Sevierville. Which, by the way, closed the deal in 6 days. These people don't know what they're doing! Don't waste your time with them!!!
