Colonial Pawn Shop W 35th St, Norfolk

I bought a laptop from there earlier today and it worked, as she assured me... but only for 3 hours. I closed it to put in rest mode like a comp does and it got stuck in this rebooting loop. I feel that she knew when she sold it to me that there was something wrong with it what gets me is I specifically asked if it was wiped and rebooted with the OS and she assured me it be worth my money. Which was malarkey. Decent place, the people were nice decent to browse and high recommend for tool however DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM!!

Just left there not too long ago the staff wasn’t too inviting and the energy felt weird. I won’t be going back there if you need to sell or buy something just go on OfferUp or LetGo you’ll have a better time and not get cheated or at least feel cheated.

Poor customer service if you want to get ripped off then go to colonial pawn i will never go there again

Good selection of tools, but it helps to know exactly what you're looking for when you go in, since a good bit of what they have is behind the counter and out of view. All prices are negotiable, and be sure you start lower than you'd think; they took my first offer on a couple of musical instruments, which was about 25% below asking price.

Only open during regular work day hours during the week. Not open on weekends when people finally have the time to shop. Great money making strategy. Real smart.
