My 2nd time working with Colonial. Allin proved again that he can get the job done, no matter how many unforeseen obstacles come up. This is why he is someone that my friends now work with based on my recommendation.

Excellent experience! Josh Jordan and his team took excellent care of me and got me my mortgage, even though I'm self-employed. The team does a great job of keeping customers informed of the process, every step of the way. I couldn't be more thrilled.

Our Sr. Loan officer, Josh Jordan, made the process of refinancing our house easy, and answered all the questions we had. He offered great low rate loans and explained everything. The loan process was very fast and very organized; Josh was very reassuring throughout the whole process since we had our doubts about closing on time, and he and his team made it happen. We were kept informed of each step throughout. We are certainly glad we went with Josh and his team! the final signing of papers was simple and stressless. I wish I could give Allin Nguyen more than 5 stars, he is simply the best. As a single, first time home buyer with no experience or knowledge of what I was doing...Allin took ALL of that stress off of me and made the process as smooth as possible. He was even assisting me with my realtor who was giving me trouble. I dodged some serious bullets from other shady lenders thanks to him. He was available every time I had a question, even on weekends and after hours. He is very patient and is able to explain everything as simply as possible. He got me the best rates possible.
