Took a bit to get everything started, but they kept me informed and answered all the questions I had, and help with and concerns I had with being a first time buyer, all in all vary helpful and understanding.

Pretty sure I left a 5 star review on here when first buying a house with them even tho they messed up my loan 1 day before closing and had to redo the entire loan but anyway they are very responsive when your trying to get a loan but after that and if you need help with anything good luck trying to get ahold of them had a payment not go threw even tho I payed it but when I got the call from the collection agency and payed it that day but still dinged my credit and was trying to see if they could help me get it waived in any way but nope zero help but tried talking me into another loan and we’re very helpful with that so I will be taking my business elsewhere

I was "verified" pre-approved at a big name mortgage company - until it came time to actually approve my loan. My realtor suggested I try a local company - and they had me approved and closing in about 2 weeks! Steve and Cesilie were amazing to work with, and I never felt rushed with them. They answered questions, emails and texts right away. What an amazing experience for a first-time home buyer!!!!

Me and my wife bought a house through coley rau at cross country mortgage in December, our experience was overall pleasant. We worked with heather and Ada, They was quick to inform us on anything they needed and was always polite. Our only issue was our closing it got delayed by 7 days, the underwriter couldn't close it on time because our bank kept not giving the correct bank statements that was current with our current balance. Not cross country fault though, after that everything went smoothly.

I gave this company 5 stars purely because of Heather Kiomento!! I came to Cross Country as a first time home buyer and my experience started out as a great one until I got set up with my loan officer, that's where things got extremely stressful and difficult. She seemed to have very little knowledge about how things worked & it was difficult to get ahold of her to ask questions. When this loan officer did finally get back to me, she had forgotten questions I had asked and couldn't provide any answers or helpful information. I struggled for awhile with this until I got in contact with Heather. Heather answered my email(s) right away and almost immediately called me to answer all of my questions. She also took the time to look into everything and fix the mistakes that were made by someone else to put me back on track. She did an amazing job and always followed up to see how everything was going. I couldn't thank her enough. Coley Rau is a great guy and I hope he knows how lucky he is to have Heather on his team.
