Premier Bank E High St, Bryan

Ever since the switch to Premier, this bank has gone downhill fast. I ordered a debit card over the phone, then after waiting 4 weeks, was told the order was never actually placed. I always loved banking with the Bowling Green branch but after the poor service here I’m closing my account and moving to Chase.

Same day appointment for home equity loan. They randomly started talking about weed after talking I had mentioned my assets were heavily vested in cryptocurrencies. It was rather strange talking politics in a bank which is why this review. I'll bought my first house through this agency, made my payments on time, paid off the loan in full. I'll probably avoid this institutionally personally from now on.

We bank both personally and commercially with First Federal. The warm friendly staff is so appreciated. We have banked both personally and professionally at some other “local” banks in town and the customer service is severely lacking. How someone is treated is extremely important to me no matter how large or small the account. First Federal staff is helpful and show a genuine kindness to their clients and as I wait in line or at the teller I see this expressed to the other customers too (so I know it’s not just me 😊).

Dawn was amazing. She helped me get a loan for a jeep, she caught they that were selling the jeep for more than it was worth and helped me talk down my dealership from the original price, she even pushed my loan so I could get it that day. Dawn helped drop my original interest rate and managed to get me a larger loan than she initially thought so I wouldnt have to pay so much out of pocket. She offered to stay over after work to help me and rushed back to the office to get me my loan. She went well above and beyond, I appreciate her hardwork, I'm definitely never switching banks after this.

They shut down my car when I was out 9f state told me I had to wait 3 days for a replacement and I should get "friends and family to loan to me in the mean time" ARE YOU KIDDING??? DO NOT deal with Velvet

I recently banked at PNC but since they are closing their doors and relocating, I transfered to Premier. I needed a new debit card, and Dustin was the wonderful employee who helped me and made the process so easy! He was so kind, very personable and got me in and out within minutes WITH a new debit card! He definitely gets 5 stars!

If you are looking for a good place to bank, First Federal is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. They are very friendly, kind and respectful people. I am from Tennessee. The people in this bank are one of the few businesses I have dealt with that have treated me with dignity since I moved to Bryan. I am so very glad I have chosen to bank at First Federal. I have done my banking with First Federal for years and had been to this branch multiple times due to me working in Bryan. The past TWO times I have been treated AWFUL. Both times I was argued with about the photo ID they have of me on file and been told it wasn't me. When I tried to explain my situation I was greeted wth nothing but rude questions and comments. I will NEVER step foot into this branch ever again nor will I use their drive through or ATM and I will be calling to for a formal complaint.

First Federal has been my go to bank for over 54 years. They have always been friendly and helpful In all of my transactions.

The people in Bryan have always treated me great. Thank you for that.
