I was referred to Hanson Realty by a neighbor up north to sell our lake property. My wife and I have bought/sold many properties in our lifetime and were not impressed using this realtor. The thing that bothered us the most is it never seemed like our agent was motivated to sell our property. For instance, we never knew when a showing occurred or got any feedback after the showing. We would show up at our property on a weekend and see numerous realtor cards left behind on the table. I would then call Ryan on Monday and ask if we had any feedback after the showings. Only to get nothing. There was other frustrations as well beyond the no feedback and lack of communication. Numerous times I told Ryan he had my wife's name spelling incorrect and wrong e-mail address on the paperwork. This caused a few days delay in listing the property. Even we cancelled our contract with Hanson Realty my wife's name and e-mail was still incorrect and caused more delays. I asked about putting a sign out on the highway to attract potential buyers. This made me feel like I was more motivated to sell my property versus the agent. After 6 months, I initiated if we should lower the price to move up the listing and let potential buyers know we are motivated to sell. Once again this made me feel like I was selling my property versus my agent. Long story short....We cancelled the 12 month contract with Hanson Realty after 8 months of not receiving any offers on our property. After ending our contract with Hanson Realty we hired another realtor and within 3 days the new realtor sold our property for more than asking. If you want someone that is laid back and not very motivated to sell your property I would call Hanson Realty. Otherwise, go with a different realtor/agent that has great reviews like I did and sell your property fast with a positive experience.

Friendly I dealt with Lisa Hanson when I brought my property that I'm know selling dealing with her again she puts a personal touch on making you feel everything will work out which it did I felt lucky having the property

Recently purchased property and had the 'Joy' of working with Dawn at Hanson Realty. Very rude, extremely short (when she decided to respond) AND tried to push us away from purchasing the property all together. Once we closed on the property we did not receive a 'thank you' or a 'it was a plessure doing business with you' ....Nothing! I have never worked with a realtor who doesn't show some kind of appreciate to the people who are keeping their doors open and putting money in their pocket.

We were thrilled to have Hanson Realty help us find our property! Lisa Hanson and Jim Valle are Awesome!!!
