Much trouble with on line banking

I recently took out a loan and received a letter a few days later requesting my ok to lower the interest rate... Yeah lower the rate! I have been a member since I was born and though I have used other Banks throughout my life this Credit Union is the only one that has remained constant. I will continue to do banking here as I have had zero issues, zero hassle, and excellent service since 1981. When I returned from Iraq with the 46th MPs in 04' I can still remember all the employees standing outside cheering for us. That is what I think of when I walk through those doors: that this isn't just another bank it is part of our community. In 36 years of banking the best part remains the free kid treaties! My kids love them as did I when I was little, plus its a reason to behave when mom and dad are running errands.
