Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase right away, she continued to educate me in the last year, including an in-office tutorial on all the paperwork involved. SO grateful for that because buying property is intimidating. Knowing each step better made it seem more possible. It's ALL very good if you use Robert Backer as your real estate agent!!!! :) He's Honest, Detailed, Professional, very Knowledgeable, and very good person to work with, in general. My wife and I used Robert to sell our 1st house AND purchase a new house a year later. If we ever decide to buy or sell in the area, Robert will be the one I use! I wish ALL sales people were like and as good as Robert and there'd be a lot less problems in this old world!
