Love! Love! Love! The service that myself my team and my clients have received over the years that we have partnered and worked with Coffelt Land Title. I have been working with them since 2015 and it has been a fantastic journey! Quality, safe, secure, and responsive service providers.

Arrived at 8:55 for a 9am closing. We were done and ready to walk out the door by 9:10. Super easy to work with.

Do not use Coffelt if you are looking for a quick close or good customer service. 2 days after we were supposed to close the head escrow closer told me it was my fault for not having the contract in 10 days before closing...telling me she would "need to pull off a miracle." She was very unprofessional over the phone and offered no clue of when we might close or any other details.

The front receptionist, Emma and Stacy were wonderful. Stacy went way above and beyond on getting our paperwork through and Emma answered all our questions. Great team to work with there for sure

As a real estate agent, I have worked with SEVERAL title companies, Coffelt Land Title (specifically Jessica Gillihan) is top of the line. They are efficient, accurate, they explain abnomalities clearly and work to resolve any issues correctly. They are hands down the best choice for title needs.

Friendly employees and helpful in explaining each document we signed. They were on time to the appointment, polite, and it was a stress free experience. Their office felt clean and you could tell they were working hard to put people at ease as we’re going through Corona by having hand sanitizer stations and not reusing writing utensils (they were our souvenirs).

Coffelt Land Title is always on time for our closings....and their service is amazing. Thank you for all your diligence in making certain buyers have the confidence that they are purchasing the correct land and all title issues are resolved before closing.

This title company cost me one thousand dollars in earnest money that they are just keeping for themselves. I would not recommend dealing them in any aspect of a home purchase or sell.
