I went a few weeks ago and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Melanie was the one that helped us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Not just someone out to make money but she legitimately wants to help people. She is so kind that even when the computers went down COMPANY WIDE (#notherfault) she offered to call us when they came up, offered us beverages, and when we decide to wait it out, she entertained us with stories and conversations about life. She could have easily told us to come back a different day, or just dismissed us but she didn't. She embraced our presence and made us feel more than welcome.
