We booked our vacation rental through Cape May’s Coastline Realty this year 2021. Our agent, Anne Barry, found us a wonderful pet friendly rental cottage at 409 Central Avenue (Rear)on Cape May Point. We met the owners Lewis and Joy who have lived on the point and enjoyed summers at the beach for over 25 years. Lewis and Joy gave us several recommendations about bakeries and places to dine in and around Cape May. It is always nice to get recommendations from locals because they always know the best places! Lewis and Joy are a lovely friendly couple who are quite conscientious about their rental and want their guests to have all the comforts of home away from home. Their little cottage is clean and comfortable and has everything we needed for a fun carefree vacation! We will definitely be back next year! Cody Menz was an excellent realtor; he and the members of his team supported all parts of the home buying process. While Cody served as the primary realtor, Ami had a thorough discussion at the start of the process about my interests and helped narrow the right location, which eventually became North Cape May. Cody and Ami both worked with me as new properties came on the market, and Carol Menz also helped with showings. The team approach from this office was unique, and I felt supported by the different perspectives and strengths of the realtors. The processes of making an offer, inspections, and settlement all went smoothly during a competitive time in the market (Spring to Fall 2021). Cody was helpful in securing additional inspections and quotes relevant to the primary inspection and to supplying multiple referrals, from mortgage loan officers to general contractors. It was a pleasure to work with Cody and this realty team, and I look forward to any interactions in the future.

The broker was very responsive with questions and the initial rental agreement. Payments for the rental were very convenient. Check in and check out were a breeze. I appreciated that the broker called me the day of the check in to make sure we didn't need to make an arrangement for after hours check in. Sometimes traffic is bad getting to Cape May so it took some stress off that their was a back up plan. The rental itself was amazing.

We rented a house in Cape may for a week in July. Carol. Holly, Ami and all the Coastline employees were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. They arranged a showing of the house before we rented and the transaction went smoothly. If we elect to rent again, we will certainly be using Coastline Realty.

Our first time renting at the beach. Drove to Cape May in the spring. Stopped at Coastline Reality on a whim. Met with Barbara. She searched out properties that would meet our needs. Did a drive by and rented. The easiest process ever. Check in was a drive through; received the door code and off we went. Check out was seamless, we locked the door behind us and went home. We rent a house in Cape May each year in July for a week. This is our first year with Coastline and Ami was great. We had a small issue come up due to the pandemic quarantine rules before we arrived and Ami was very understanding, quite responsive and helpful. The house was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working the first night and Ami responded at 9pm and addressed the issue for us. I would highly recommend Ami and the Coastline family for your rental needs in Cape May.

Coastline Realty is a great company to work with. They answered all of my (many) questions, their check-in was easy and quick and the checkout was simple. We have rented from Coastline in Cape May for many years. Ed has been our agent. He responds quickly and follows through on details. This year he even promptly retrieved and mailed an item I left behind. We have found the rentals to be accurately portrayed through the pictures and info on Coastline’s website.

This was our family's first time using Coastline Reality to rent for our annual trip to South Jersey. Wow! I have been so impressed with Carol Menz throughout this entire process of buying a house on the Jersey shore. Holly was very quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the property and the lease. Check-in took very little time and staff was very courteous abd helpful. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location as we were within walking distance to not only the beach but also to the mall and most of our favorite restaurants.
