If I could give it a -5 I would in a heart beat. They lost the things I pawned and claimed it has never happened before. Then didnt have the courtesy to show respect to their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. They either need to consider re-staffing, or closing down. You can not run a business dealing with customers/public without having some form of customer service.
Ashley, I'm truly regretful that you feel this way. The truth is that none of the things you've pawned were lost. One item was misplaced, but returned to you within 10 minutes. I'm not sure what else we could have done. But in the future we plan on showing you the same high level of respect we offer to all of our customers. Thank you for your business.

I found out I wouldn't go across the street to go back there even if I was starving. I was thinking about buying something but dick behind counter couldn't even say have a nice day on my way out !! Never be back - Thanks for nothing !

Please learn how game consoles work before you work at a pawn shop.
On 5/25/21 I was approached by a couple trying to get money for an Xbox One console. Upon inspection I noticed it was having a difficult time reading discs. The woman said it only works when the discs are perfect. Coastal Pawn guarantees the items we sell so they must be in working order when taken in. There are many video game repair shops in Mobile, AL.
