My husband and I worked with Dylan Forsyth. He is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and will make sure you are getting the best deal! He takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening throughout the process and is always available to thoroughly answer any questions you have or explain anything you don't understand. My only complaint was the appraisal company that came out for our refinance appraisal. We did not shop around and that is a big regret. The gentleman was older, I had to take a number of pictures for him outside the home and in the back yard. I also had to help him with some of the inside measurements. He even had a hard time getting up my front steps due to his age. His appraisal was not very thorough and I feel our home value came in extremely low for the current market because of it. This did not allow for us to get as much cash as we wanted back out of the refinance. I would highly suggest going through Coastal Pacific Lending and using Dylan, but I would personally shop around for your own chosen appraiser.

Julio and the team at Coastal Pacific Lending was fantastic on getting our VA refinance done quickly and efficiently. I have never had a refinance go as smoothly as this. From the time we decided to go with them to closing was about 4 weeks total. In addition, they kept paperwork and documentation at a minimum so we were very happy about that. I would definitely recommend using them especially for a VA loan as they proved they are proficient and very competent. Having done several VA loans they would rate at the top of my list. Finally I would like to comment on the no pressure approach when I expressed interest in refinancing. Julio was quick to provide the information and quickly followed up as requested on every item we wanted more detail on. It is worth noting that almost every other refinance company we inquired with for refinancing used high pressure or aggressive tactics (excessive calls texts and emails) which can make things uncomfortable, unpleasant and stressful. Julio was extremely quick to make contact and only replied as requested so we did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. Absolutely love that no pressure approach!!

Daniel Figueroa is a miracle worker! In January of 2021, my husband and I tried to refi our house. We are self employed and have tried for 9 years and have always been turned down, due to the way we have to manage our finances so we can have affordable health insurance. For this reason, we were denied by 2 lenders this year. It was a nightmare. I recently worked with Michael Gutierrez at Coastal Pacific Lending, Inc. on refinancing my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on our current situation. For example, he noticed that we were underinsured on our property and overpaying on our premium. He directed us towards the right folks to get options for coverage and now we’re paying less on our insurance with a different company that has also included home warranty. He was available for questions and provided prompt updates throughout the entire process. If something was unclear, I felt comfortable reaching out and asking for clarification. At one point during the process, I noticed that my name was registered incorrectly with the title company when signing some documents. I decided to contact them myself because that’s what their website asked me to do but had some issues with the title company making the adjustments. After a few attempts, let Michael know and asked for some help. He escalated and got the corrections made quicker than I could. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received from Michael at Coastal Pacific Lending, Inc. If you’re looking into this company, ask for Michael.

Excellent experience just as I was told it would be by someone who hasvused him.. Dan did better than I even expected. I got a great rate inspite of rates starting to climb a bit higher. I started this process the day after Christmas. Closed 2.5 weeks later, money in acct a few days after that. Appox 3 weeks start to finish. He will stay on top of your loan and keep you informed regularly, text or phone call.

Since I closed on my refinance in March, I have recommended Alex of Coastal Pacific Lending to many friends and family seeking home loans.
