They approved my loan from a shady dealership that sold me a bad car. I put so much money into it in the last year I've had it; however, it still needs a new transmission. The car tugs so bad every three blocks or so. I care about my credit and I'm not trying to default on a terrible purchase. I fell behind on payments after the whole house got covid. They came for my car Sunday (as per our security cameras) and asked me to pay recovery fees that amounted to a car payment and a half, plus the two late payments. I paid it Wednesday and here we are Friday and no one can tell us when we can pick up my vehicle. Thank goodness I pay extra every paycheck for prepaid law services. I talked to someone this morning about my vehicle and left him with a copy of my car loan contract because now when the machine registers our phone numbers it hangs up on us. Thank the Lord I recorded every conversation with them because we got a letter telling us the towing place is auctioning our vehicle Tuesday even though they said it was taken care of and we were just waiting on the release form.

Excellent Customer experience with Rep I spoke with. Very polite and courteous, and NOT just at the beginning to complete the purchase of my vehicle, but also a couple of months down the road when I needed to take care of a family emergency and requested a delay to make a payment. If I get the automated “ sorry for your inconvenience please call customer service” ABSOLUTELY NOT! I am begging anyone and everyone to NEVER DO business with these people. I pay 640 a month with only 150 going towards my actual balance. I recently got into a family emergency that is requiring me to be responsible for a family member and I called to try to work something out and ALL they said was “ no, sorry” I asked about ANY option. I even asked to move my payment date which they said they can NOT do either. I was SCAMMED! My truck is only 11K in Kelly blue book and they sold it to me for 30k. I am UPSET and getting NO HELP!

Absolutely worst credit company I’ve ever dealt with!!! Tried paying off my auto loan, it’s easier pulling teeth from a lion. They only except cash through money gram!!! And money gram puts limits on the amount you can send, which was less than the amount I was paying (of course).

This is the worse company out there please never use them, they are sketchy they have been getting over on me for 2 years. All my payments are not on my account. And my balance is still high after having my car 2 years, I called they are rude and have nasty attitudes. These people are not helpful this has been a stressful 2 years I am ready to give up my car I am tired of them.

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review because of all the reviews I saw. Quantum auto in Escondido and veros actually denied me. I have no regular job no paystubs. I tried to get approved for an iPhone 11 and I didn’t qualify. Veros took a chance on me and I’ve paid my bill early every month. What I’ve learned about veros is if I pay my bill they leave me alone and that’s the way I like it. Bought the car a month before inflation. If I see a gwagon on the lot soon I’ll be refinancing with veros.

After all I paid and almost thru paying for my truck I get attitude from agent name Janet or Janice very rude asking me personal questions that have never been asked by any agent..Then the manager never came to phone to resolve the issue..I have called to set up payment for following week to be taken from account before never been treated like that or talk to crazy but this agent was on one today so I let her know you do know this conversation is being recorded by your company you do know that,so she hurries up and disconnect phone call.. Totally unprofessional and very disrespectful..Worst agent I ever talk to..

This company is the worst I ever been with the representative are so disrespectful. They only care about the money they don’t care about how people are doing with this Covid. I would never Recommend this to anyone. You guys need to have some really customer service training or retain your employee because if that how they talk to people they don’t have any kind of respect. It so sad.

We bought a car from a dealer who works only with this credit union and this is such an unfortunate that I haven’t checked the reviews before. We paid 2 payments on time manually and the 3rd payment was supposed to be automatically paid, they’ve never charged it. The funniest part is that we’ve paid for the car 3 times already, but our past due is already around 2K, which is impossible since we paid ON TIME! Run away from any dealership that works with them, such a waste of time and money. We’ve already reported to BBB.

Veros credit is hands down the best credit lending company I have ever worked with. They truly are helpful, and understanding when no one would accept my credit score Veros did. They put faith in me as a paying consumer and got me approved for the truck I needed. This is not my first credit line with Veros credit, in fact this is my second. Veros credit is awesome!!! Awful place , staff are rude , hidden fees , they made me over pay on payments , only good thing I’ll say is that they accept low credit and paid back what they made me over pay in order to get my title released when I sold my car , don’t go through them unless it’s your last option with bad credit

I usually have the greatest experience with this company, but I have sent in 3 emails, I have tried calling it just puts me on hold and no one ever answers and the call ends. Every time you guys call I answer and the person on the other end hangs up. I am proactively trying to get ahold of you guys to no avail. Please contact me asap, I'm worried about my car since I have yet to talk to someone, I cant even make a payment because the website wont let me and I cant get ahold of anyone.

Satisfied with veros credit. I had issues with my dealership personally but the great customer service from Veros really made it all a lot better. They actually mediated my conflict with the dealer and we’re very attentive on their behalf.

I am very up I got a call from them set up a payment plan they took my first payment and told me I would be receiving an agreement email 24-48 hours this was on a Friday and here I am a week later I never received my email and they haven’t taken my next payment. I also have been calling to speak to a Rep yet it keeps sending me to bill pay. I won’t be paying unless someone gives me a call because I have called every possible number just to speak to nobody. Again I am very upset this is horrible customer service. I will not be calling the (888) number OR ANY NUMBER FOR THAT MATTER because NO ONE ANSWERS.

This is THE most ghetto financial institution I’ve ever worked with. Everyone with any positive thing to say was just grateful to get approved. Wait for what happens next! I’ve dealt with them for 3 years. I sacrificed and paid my loan off early because I never want to deal with them again! ⚠️ They are holding my title hostage and making up new fees out of thin air in order to keep this up. I have a letter saying I paid it off when I called to get an update they told me I have some fees $40 I have to pay and now I’m late. 🚨Never be late, they will send a repo truck the very next day payment is due and charge you for it. 📢 I was given multiple dollar amounts when I tried to pay my car off. It’s almost like who ever you speak to is counting on their fingers and toes. And even after I paid more then they asked just to be sure they came back with another dollar amount. 📝 Whoever you speak with NEVER leaves notes when you talk to them. The new person always “checks” and is clueless about your previous interaction the last time you called. 📣 Please listen to all of us who have dealt with them long term. Yes they are nice to you at first but they treat you inhumane later. They prey on those of us who don’t have many options. ⚠️ If you have problems and have to speak to someone everyone who has answers the phone has had an attitude problem.

First off, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone in this place. They financed my first car purchase and once I refinanced with a better credit union they did not release the title of the vehicle. Finally I was able to get a hold of an operator and they couldn't answer questions. All they could do is email the "title" department and wait for their response. I was told to give them 24 hours to get an answer and I haven't been able to get a hold of them ever since!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I spoke to my customers the way they speak to theirs I'd be unemployed. Not once have I ever called and had a pleasant experience. They never note the account, the don't call you back and you have to give them forms and sign documents 3 and 4 times before it actually stays on your account. This company is terrible and I give forewarning ro anyone who finances through them. I'd rather have a bus pass

I had a great experience. I called and set it all up. Got there to test drive the car then signed the paperwork and drove of an Hr later. Windshield was cracked and replaced within a week! My calls were answered and CB were prompt, thanks again guys!

Approved a loan for over double the value of the vehicle. Absolutely no communication whatsoever with loan agent I was assigned to. I'm actually convinced that they have shady dealings going on with the used car dealers. Everyone involved with my vehicle purchase has completely stopped communicating with me after the dealership breached a verbal contract that was noted and recorded in "notes" by the insurance and loan company.... I DESERVE answers and a proper working vehicle. Don't send me a generic we're sorry response with a customer service number because I'm not calling it.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I told them I was not working since I tested positive for covid and can only make a partial payment the guy was very rude and said they can't do a partial payment that I must pay in full!!! They don't care about people or their hardships and I paid every payment on time!! Very ridiculous company, going to call my bank and see if I can transfer the loan with them because I REFUSE to work with a company like this!! Definitely going to report them to the BBB

My husband has a loan with Veros Credit and unfortunately was already with them before we got married or else I would have had something to say in this (which we are making arrangements to refinance or find a different way to free ourselves from this nightmare) I get that some people just don’t have the resources for a better solution to a problem but honestly Veros Credit would only be adding to your problems. We have made payments and they have came running to our door at 2am with all their rowdiness and saying we didn’t make a payment… literally couldn’t even wait till daylight… then calling to see what happened with the money that was taken from our account and them saying that they had a system failure and then having to pay to take back our vehicle. It’s happened 3x. I’ve had it. They simply are greedy and don’t care to about the client. The first chance they get they’re ready to tow your vehicle doesn’t matter how many on-time payments you’ve made. They won’t call or tell you their system failed to receive your payment they’ll show up at your door at 2am to tow your vehicle. Period. I wouldn’t recommend veros credit. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time. Only did one star because I had to. Other than the fact they'll finance to you without a valid license this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've only had my car since end of July and I'm already looking to get out of my loan. Either by selling the car or refinancing somewhere else. So unless you absolutely have to deal with them, DONT. And even then, find another way. Every single time I talk to them they have an attitude, they're rude no matter what you're calling about, they need your entire identity just to verify it's you calling which I find ridiculous, they harass you by calling 10+ times a day if you're even one day late on your bill which is also ridiculous because in the loan I signed I have a grace period with a late fee, just overall horrible company I'm getting sick just writing about it.

Former employee of this Predatory Lending company it’s best to stay away. Stay away Shady tactics illegal repossession works with illegal non licensed repo agents and auto dealers. Vin number switched from cars They are associated with the privately owned dealers you purchase the car from they are a trap. I had to reassign my position I wasn’t raised to do harm to anyone and working there I would take money from mid to low class customers add miscellaneous fees repo their cars add some more fees ruin their credit all other good reviews are from their own employees trying to bring their rating up. Buying a car is one of those life experiences that you never forget, I didn't think it was gonna happen for me because of the poor financial choices I made in the past it was going to be an uphill battle towards that goal of getting a loan for a car. But veros credit gave me an opportunity when no one else would Not enough credit history not enough revolving accounts. Sound familiar. Don't let that discourage you. This has to be the worst loan company I've ever dealt with. If you're even one day late they're constantly calling as many as 10 times a day somedays. I know a debt is owed and needs to be paid but one or two calls is more than enough. I was out of work for three months and was constantly getting calls. One rep asked for my wife's banking info and when she refused he told her they'd just keep calling. Harassing hard working people is not how a company should operate. No matter what happens with my loan I'll never reccomend or do business with Veros again.
