Buying a house can be equally challenging and confusing, especially when it’s your first. Jeff was very understanding and did his best to get us what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable about the area and every time we viewed a property Jeff did a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of the construction, appliances, finish, etc. Jeff understands the market and helped us negotiate well. He was patient as we looked at houses over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
