Coastal Lending Group, specifically Ashley and Anyssa, are really good at what they do. We got a great rate, and were kept informed at every step of the process. They are very professional and easy to work with. And I even got a pirate tee shirt after we closed! 12/10 would recommend.

I really enjoyed working with Carmen Aumendo during the purchase of our first home. He's very easy to get in contact with and he'll make sure you understand every step of the process. Our purchase went very smoothly and I can genuinely say that he contributed to that ease.

Long story short, I bought a house with my girlfriend and Carmen was able to get approval loan quickly, easily without a hitch. But it wasn't long before I realized it had been a huge mistake to make this big of a step with her. After the relationship came to a bitter and abrupt end. I quickly made the phone call to Carmen and he helped me get all my eggs in line and quickly proceed with removing her from the loan and title so she can go her separate ways in life and I could start fresh. Now refinancing or the house you just purchased is kind of a hard thing to do. But throughout the whole thing, Carmen was there step by step to help me out. I'm terrible when it comes to paperwork and very disorganized as it is but he was able to make sure everything was right and get everything finalized. Within three weeks we had the whole thing finished. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
