I closed on my first home last week (USDA Loan) with the assistance of Coast2Coast Lending, with Cathy Kidd and team. She was awesome to work with! She was knowledgeable, communicated well and handled my entire transaction with professionalism. It was a private sale, so she handled a lot of details that realtors would normally have been responsible to complete. She saved me money, locked in a great rate (while they were rising!) and made my first home buying experience a great one. I can't thank her enough! Would definitely recommend her and this company.

This is one of those times where it needs to be 10 stars because Cathy Kidd is 10 stars. From start to finish your gonna get 100% from her I have used Cathy myself three times and I have sent numerous others her way. If you want a loan officer that is not pushy, works with you every step of the way, treats you better than family, and is just an all around great person with the biggest heart you need to call Cathy Kidd.

Evelena was extremely helpful in guiding me through the lending process. As a first time home buyer, I truly appreciated her patience and clarity.

Wasted our time applying, lack of communication from Cathy Kidd showed she wasn't interested in helping. Tried three other mortgage companies and were pre-approved in less then a day. Guess she picks and chooses who she wants to help.

better communication is a start. I tried going through her and was told that she would get back to me. when given permission to check my credit score she didn't really make much of an attempt. and same with helping me. after the lack of communication and effort to help I then tried 3 other companies and actually got approved in a simple process and am now at the end of the process in buying my own house.

When I first spoke with Evelena, I didn't even think owning a home was possible. 2 short months later I got to close on our very first home. The best thing about it is that I never felt like another customer or a burden. I was treated kind and cared for from the start. From having break downs and having her there to comfort me and explain the process, to knock down drag outs with paperwork after paperwork. As stressful as it seems, it would have been so much harder without her. She made it seamless, made it enjoyable, and fought hard to make out dreams come true. I have enjoyed getting to know her and walking through this journey together. What an AMAZING and fulfilling experience.
