My husband and I came to this credit union to open an account. While we had to wait a bit as they were very busy, several of their staff checked on us and were very nice. The gentleman who helped us open our account was kind and knowledgeable. We got just what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in need of a place to bank.

Worst customer service experience ever at a credit union. As a new resident to the area, I needed to exchange a $20 for quarters. They refused because I don't have a local account. I am a credit union member in Sacramento. Chase, Redwood Capital and North Woods FCU all have been helpful. I've even had credit unions in other states help. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the worst bank to trust your money with. If you work hard physical labour for your cash, this place will consistently force you to wait a few days to a week before your funds are available.

Really wish I could give a no star rating. If a credit union won't go the extra mile for their customers then they are doing a disservice to their community (their PRIMARY customer). Due to a lack of communication on the part of the Credit Union and the inability to serve a current customer adequately, they have lost my daughter as a customer and will no longer get any business from my family. Shameful that they would deal with a customer with a mental health issue so poorly. The credit union I bank with would be appalled.

Inconvenient to have to wait in the banking line just to have a statement printed out when there is 9 other people at desks who 'can't access that information'

I bank here for multiple reasons. One being when I am in a hurry I can go through the drive thru ATM or Park and use the side Street ATM. A second is the staff is always understanding and helpful. Last reason is Coast Central Credit Union moved into a much safer and Cleaner building than before!

This branch has two outdoor ATMs, one of which is for drive-through. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location is convenient for quick withdrawals on my way home from work. For deposits, I mostly use the mobile app.

I wonder why my check wasn't deposit , I stop Friday 5/22 at 9am to deposit my check and still not available it shows pending. it's a 3 day weekend and most likely because someone didnt do their job I will not get my money till tuesday only god knows till what time. Very disappointed with this cost central. I rather drive to Mck on sat and get it deposit the same day . Its the workers thatsuck not the bank.

The tellers are always fast a polite. I wish the bank were in a safer area though. Every time I go to this location, a bum asks me for money or follows me to my car.

I'm glad they moved to a safer part of town. Nice new building. Haven't had a problem with any of the CCCUs in Humboldt.
