We've been dealing with this bank for over 20 years. I can't believe the difference from our former bank in Maryland. This is the friendliest and most helpful group of people we've ever experienced. I can't speak for all their branches because we've only done business with the Hedgesville branch. It's become like family to us. I can't name all the wonderful people work there but I will mention one. Her name is Virginia. I mention her because she's gone above and beyond to help us since the latest virus. We're senior citizens and it's been extra hard for us to do business. If you want a warm, friendly and caring bank, this is for you. Five stars plus!

Virginia my loan officer made things far more complicated than a small consolidation loan should be. Besides not knowing loan terms she also was very confusing with scheduling for times to do the loan. My creditors that were supposed to be paid off still send me bills because they have not been paid. Two payments have been mailed to me since my consolidation. She also will not admit when she’s wrong . If you get a loan with CNB I strongly recommend NOT going through Virginia.
