Eastern Panhandle Fed CU General Motors Access Rd, Martinsburg

I have been a member of Eastern Panhandle Credit Union since we move to WV in 2001. Great experience through the years and very warm atmosphere! Tina, Heidi, Shelly, and every member of the staff were phenomenal. We have moved from WV to GA in 2017. Since then I have called the Eastern Panhandle Credit Union multiple times needing help. I can't say enough good things about both Tina and Heidi. I am not even actively banking there, but they helped me tremendously!! Every time I had them on the other end, they were very professional and very friendly. Thank you so much for your dedication to make every person feel great!

I've been with EPFCU for 15 years and have never had an issue. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I do miss the Saturday hours they had in years past I'm a member for life. Thanks EPFCU!!!

Terrible...can't get anything accomplished with hours of 8am-4pm. They should be open on Saturdays or at least be open until 6pm one day during the week. I wouldn't recommend this bank.

I visited this credit union today on foot after being told my car had been deemed a total loss. I needed to get some insurance paperwork notarized regarding my loss. I was directed to Tina who, with the Notary Stamp in her hand, said it is a requirement to be a member to receive the Notary service. I asked if there were any other banks within walking distance and was told there were banks in both directions but not close enough to walk. Tina was polite but I can say I would never want to be a customer of a business that won’t make exceptions for people in need. I was on foot on a rainy day. I needed just a little help. I got none.

Very disappointed that for 1 - Hours are not extended so that you can do business with the Credit Union after you get off work OR open one day on the weekend once a month. 2 - After calling and being told sorry in order to add your husband to your account you both have to be in person, we have no other options, why not? Especially with technology these days.

I had to execute an estate of someone who had 2 accounts here. They were very friendly and very helpful.

Very helpful. I’ve been with them for years and appreciate the service, but hours are short.

They have been great for 14 years. I agree with others though, HOURS ARE TOO SHORT.
