I’ve been financing for a year now. I had some problems with my car that I took care of myself, I’ve been on time with payments and they work with me when I do run into financial problems. Prior to doing this I was renting a car from enterprise for 5 months paying 250-300 a week. This place allowed me some freedom by helping me get my first car and pay way less than a rental, plus I get to keep the car 😹. Definitely a good midway point to save money towards buying a better car. They offer a payment add on if you don’t have insurance, Which is cheaper than actual insurance. Just some further info on that “charge” ppl complain about on here but I wanted to leave my personal experience.

I have insurance and they keep trying to make me pay more. I called to try and see what I had to do and the agent told me that I had a conflict that my insurance policy was cancelled due to none payment.(she was soooo rude) I called Geico and it took me 2 hours only for them to tell me that I was covered. I called CNAC back and got another agent who told me the reason I have to pay more is because the lein holder on my insurance had the correct name just wrong address. Wasted the entire time just for a address. This company only wants money. Agent was rude and cocky as if I owed them something for trying to pay my bills. lol and i was paying early. Never again

I will never do business with this place again. you cannot get your account manager to return a phone call to you let alone even the branch manager. On top of that my car is in the shop on the same property since last week and they can't even do so much as a diagnostic on it. Nobody will return phone calls and I've been out of work for a week can't get any help from anybody on that damn property. I do not recommend getting sucked into jdbyrider or CNAC because you will be sorry eventually. This is my second vehicle from them there will not be a third.

Every month you get a text message about your insurance and then the day your payment is due they call you at 8am the day is not over. So now during this Pandemic and people are out of jobs and on unemployment theya are asked my for $2 more dollars for payments that are not automatically set set up even though you make your payment online. Wow my son will not get another car from this place

Stay Away ! The dealership in my area was shut down months after I purchased a vehicle. Now my vehicle was totaled in a hit and run last month and still no answer or calls. Same run around every time I call.

DONT EVER FINANCE HERE!!! I Cant say it enough. These guys are proffesional scammers. 100%!! If you want to pay triple of what any cars worth heres the place! If your on time for a whole year and miss one payment they will harrass you eveyday!

Never get your car here . They got dumasses working here. They don’t know what there doing , there threatening you coming to your apartment complex parking lot finding your car putting a letter accusing you of being behind when I’m actually on time with my payments . Don’t ever go here there a joke a waste of time .

Writing a review on here because there isn't a proper number to call for proper customer service. I've had my vehicle for a year and 8 months, and this is the first time ever missing a payment because it's Christmas. Some rep. named Cendy harassed me asking why I didn't make my payment, proceeded to say I need to manage my money better, and threatened that they will take my car away. Then she has the audacity to ask "What is more important, sir. Your family and Christmas? Or your car?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm always making my payments on time but if CNAC continues to support actions like this then I'll gladly trade in my car and take my business elsewhere. Should be ashamed to have someone like Cendy to be representing their company.

Never will I ever go with this company again. If they can screw you they will. When payments have been made on time and they fail to get your insurance on file and charge you. Then they add intrest because payment was supposedly made late. It's all BS!

I'm constantly havin to call them whenever I pay for my insurance through private insurance company. I'm seriously considering trading n car and takin my business elsewhere...
