Received excellent customer service from Ms. Weston,who exhibited professionalism in every interaction, She broke down the numbers in a phone call and in an easy to read document. She quickly provided additional information as requested. She was accessible, finding mutually convenient times to discuss my mortgage needs, and quickly responding to messages. Beyond the customer service, I spoke to multiple lenders and CMS had the best rate for what I was looking to do. Highly recommend the company and Ms. Weston in particular.

CMS was the best to work with. The entire process was simpler and easier than financing a car, and at a lower rate too!! Everyone assigned to my mortgage application was knowledgeable, friendly and truly helpful. I would absolutely use CMS again for my next mortgage.

One of the most horrible stressful and exhausting experiences of my life! But it all worked out in the end thanks to CMS! I will try to keep this long story short: after family members passed away we moved into their old house and it needed tons of work. We attempted to get a loan to make some much needed and very expensive repairs to get things fixed and stop leaks and bring things up to code. During the process however, we found out that the bank for the previous owners(now deceased) never recorded their mortgage is being paid (it was paid off) which became an absolute showstopper for us. Because legally that meant the house didn’t belong to us and we couldn’t have bought it in the first place. After three months Of arguing and fighting with the previous deceased owner’s bank, they were finally able to correct the title situation so we were able to get a loan to fix the house. It went back-and-forth for so long with that person’s bank that I was ready to give up and call it quits and not try to repair or salvage the family property. However, CMS mortgage understood how it was simply a paperwork problem, although it was a massive error on the banks part, they knew that it could be resolved. I cannot thank Anthony or Terri at CMS enough for their persistence in getting this other bank to correct their mistake. They were in contact with me almost every day, I even got an email message from the CEO of CMS MORTGAGE apologizing to me for the loan process taking so long, even when the situation was not there doing nor mine. Once the mess with The previous, deceased owners bank was resolved, after having to get many people involved legally because their bank screwed it up, the closing process was immensely fast and we have now been able to make some major and much needed repairs to the family property and we would not have been able to do so with any other bank because they would not have put in the time or the effort to get another bank to correct their mistake. I recommend them to anybody and everybody whether you need to borrow a dollar or $1 million, I have never worked with an organization that put in so much time and effort on my behalf!!!!

I was dreading refinancing my house the 2nd time for a better rate but Anthony from CMS Mortgage made it so easy. He was there any time I had a question and always kept me in the loop. He was very knowledgeable about all the workings of refinancing and explained things so that I could understand exactly what was going on and where we were in the process. I would recommend them to anyone. They are so easy to work with and made the whole process easy.

I’ve known Melissa professionally for almost 20 years. I work in financial services as well. Melissa has done my own personal mortgage and I’ve referred people to her as well.
