I was referred to Shelly by my realtor. I went directly to her website to begin my application for my mortgage loan. Shelly called me directly within 24 hours to introduce herself to me and to assure me that I'd be in good hands. And she was right! This is my third home and this was by far the smoothest transaction of the three. Shelly and her staff were polite and courteous and were very prompt in getting back to me with any questions or concerns that I may have had. Shelly Roark is a miracle worker and an amazing advocate for her clients. I not only used her for my own refinance, but I work for a major builder in Austin and every time my in house mortgage company cannot qualify one of my home buyers, Shelly and Service First comes through for me and my clients. My refi was not a smooth process, but that was not Shelly's fault. The problem created by a since fired underwriter was worked on diligently by Shelly and she not only solved the problem but fought for me in the process.
