Well.. i have to start my review saying.. its a chase private client .so you dont see like other chase regular . I think they are more focused on Mortagage loans. I do see a very few staff all the time. I been using it from long time. I always had good experience. Very friendly.but they can handle only few customers at a time.

During COVID this branch is doing a great job of taking their customers health seriously (masks, hand wash stations, door checks) which is great. However, the branch manager is unfortunately not. When we walked in he was walking around the floor with no mask, talking to other bank employees (who are wearing masks) closer than 2 feet away, and touching surfaces wherever he stops. There were elderly customers in line who this man has put at risk. I would go to a different branch that practices mutual respect.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Rawan Shehadeh was my banker and she was very helpful and supportive. The bank is very clean and well sanitized. The staff are friendly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unfortunately I went to this branch this morning. To cash a check drawn from chase bank. I encountered the WORST service ever. Trisha Serrano was very unprofessional, Rude and Arrogant. She kept given me excuses about cashing the check. She couldn't get the story together. First , I wasn't a customer, then the bank didn't have enough cash, after that she said she requires 3 days notice. She gave me nothing but Lies. I asked for her boss phone number. she gave it to me, but informed me that she's the Vice president of the bank. And her boss Catherine Cofield is just an administrator that has no authority. What Ms. Serrano engaged in this morning , was nothing short of Discrimination. The sad thing is she and her boss don't care about engaging in shameful practices.

I've had Chase since I've been in college, and I never had any issues with them. This branch in particular was no exception. Located on the first floor, the teller was very friendly, her attention to detail was on point, and double checked everything to make sure I wouldn't have any issues with a wire for my home closing. I would be happy to come back to this location again.

I recently moved my business account from Wells Fargo to Chase bank. Anyone that know’s business banking, knows the headache of moving a business account to another bank. Anyway I made a quick stop to this bank on one of my busy and hectic days to get a quick Notary as I had the City of Austin waiting for it, well I was greeted by the Chase Branch Manager Andrew S., I advised him I needed a quick notary as I saw him and two more bankers at their desks without customers. Andrew S. said we are all busy until after 3pm, but no customers where waiting “hmm”, he then proceeded to call other banks to see who is available? Well he couldn’t get a hold of other banks via phone. I did advise Andrew S. that I have a business account with Chase, and his response was we cannot help you at this time. From the time I walked into the bank and to the time I walked out from getting nowhere with Andrew S., he could have been done with the notary. Terrible customer service, and this was one reason I moved from Wells Fargo was the bad customer service and now I’m experiencing the same poor customer service. I made a complaint to chase corporate and hopefully they can retrain Andrew S. on customer services and assistance. Anyway I drove another 15min to another Chase bank that was also very busy, but they took a few minutes to provide the notary I needed. Something so easy, was turned into a very time consuming and waste of my day.

I receive the worst customer experience at this location, specially from Andrew who is the branch manager/Vice President. I cannot believe someone with such a title can treat clients the way he did, rudely, not attentive and just down right impolite. He made me wait in line entirely too long, as he chit chatted with 2 other bankers all which were just talking and laughing with no regard of anyone waiting for assistance.

Most HORRIBLE experience at any bank. EVER. We spent over 30 minutes here and accomplished NOTHING!! In short if you want an unfriendly, UNDERSTAFFED, unorganized location this is the bank for you. 1. When we walked in there was a long line of people at the counter being helped by ONE person. 2. We needed a banker and there was none to be seen! 3. There were several people waiting for a banker but NO sign in sheet. After several minutes one banker came in to apparently finish helping a couple. 4. We were NEVER acknowledged. 5. As I left looking over the dozen cubicles (that were empty!) One in the corner was not and there was a banker on her laptop!!! (Personal?)

Go here if you want to be DISCRIMINATED against. I usually go to the Parmer branch, but was in the area so I went here. First of all the lady at the front (I believe she was from India) would NOT deposit my check because it only had my spouse's name on the savings account, but both of our names are on the checking. Both are linked btw. Never had a problem before this branch. She argued with me and my spouse until I told her to deposit it into the checking or I would call headquarters. I told her too that I wanted to see a banker and she made excuses until I said I just saw him. Finally got to see him and we were ready to add my name to the savings.... Except... Magically the computers were down. Surprisingly they worked fine before and after. They just didn't want to help us because we weren't traditional...
