Cloverbelt Credit Union S 24th Ave, Wausau

Me personally had a great & quick experience ! I opened my savings account she asked if I wanted to try checking but credit score has to be a certain limit & what do you know I was approved and got everything I needed right then and there . I forgot her name but she was very polite and super quick & told me everything I needed to know. My first time experience at Cloverbelt on 24th street near Stewart Ave was by far the best branch .. now the one on mcindoe in Wausau is another story and they are so rude the older lady looked at me as if I didn’t even have business walking inside the bank to deposit my check in the first place , and put almost a 2 week hold on it which I’m trying to be patient about but yeah the experience their sucked & I’m still not happy with the cold shoulder the woman gave I could honestly barely speak to her she just instantly held it and have me a slip with the day of release on it but I’m still giving the stars owed to the company that deserves . Again best experience CLOVERBELT ON 24th St NEAR STEWART AVE IN WAUSAU !!!

This is by far the best credit union I have ever used. They are fast, friendly, and efficent. Monica is amazing and has helped us set up all of our vehicle loans. We do all of our banking and loans here. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yes they are quick, but the tellers are really unfriendly. I tried opening up a free checking account but was refused because of my lack of/poor credit. During the winter the parking lot is slippery and hard to get in and out of with large vehicles. I’ll go over to the office in Weston before I stop here.

This place is a circus and randy is a clown and mike is the Grinch Literally I got a loan here and they didn’t take out the 25$ of per paycheck and didnt tell me I thought they were doing it and then they took out 200$ before Christmas now me and myfamily are homeless because the money was going to rent and heating bills I guess the grinch aka mike was to lazy to take out 25$ every paycheck but not lazy for 200$ And randy and mike thought it was funny about this situation I asked what’s funny he said it because we gonna be homeless

Love how quick they are but most of the people there need to be a little more friendly. They almost always look on happy.

Opened an account. The lady who does the opening lied and said I needed to have at least a hundred in checking to open it. (I'm willing to bet she judged me and didn't think I had it). She also asked what I did for a profession. I said I was self employed. They went ahead and put disability on my employment. When I started depositing my business checks, it was then brought to my attention that the lady who opened my account put as she pleased for my employment. Can't begin to understand why but, they have some rude employees from this branch to the Schofield branch. NOT a good first month impression.

They helped build my credit with my first car loan. Was given a great rate for not having a credit score 4 years ago, now with their help In over 700. Great staff.

Cloverbelt is the worst credit union to go to, especially this one. don’t waste your time my boyfriend had a payment plan set up on a loan where they take out 25$ each paycheck, well apparently this guy named mike he was suppose to do that and he didn’t listen to it. So right before Christmas when my boyfriend got paid he takes about 200$ out for the loan, and that was suppose to go to rent,because we split it now I’m also stuck on the street and the whole time mike and randy where laughing about it. They felt good to put a family on the street. I guess mike was saying everytime we wanted 25$ to go to the loan my bf would of had to go in and tell them that, but we had a plan where they take out 25$ each time. Mike is lazy, and a scum, he knew about it, and yet he didn’t do it, just because he’s been there 30 years doesn’t mean he knows how to a job right. Go to covantage had a loan there, and never had a problem. They won’t do this to someone who hasn’t done anything wrong.

Worst customer service ever. They don't smile, no greetings. Always seems like they're unhappy to help you. They don't say have a great day or anything. Just the worst!

Teller doesn’t seem to happy with their job even on a Friday.
