It’s been about 6 months still have yet to receive my 2 free 50$ gift cards… Customer service from sales associate was amazing until I decided to purchase the water system… after I went through the purchase… customer service ended… never return my calls or text messages.. The “manager” or “supervisor” who is suppose to send the gift cards has yet to reply to my text messages and still won’t tell me we’re my cards are… not hard to just grab 2 $50 gift cards and send it over mail or simply drop off at my door step… You came all the way to sell me the stuff yet can’t come and give me the gift cards I’m owed?… horrible service. The only good experience was from the young girl that came to check on my water after the installation she was two weeks late which is understandable because she had covid… however she was super nice and I wish I remember her name. But everyone else such a bad service I really hope everyone else chooses a different company to go with before wasting your time with these people and not just time but money too. They claimed that this will stop the toilets from turning orange yet they still leave orange rings in my toilet. I’m thinking about getting a different company out here to test my water with this water system I got and it is nasty than I know for a fact I will be needing a full refund and go with a different company.

We have been doing business with Aqua Finance for over 20 years now and we love doing business with them. Everyone is awesome!! The credit team really helps with anything you need and Andy always listens to our concerns as dealers and helps us anyway we can. Their funding is fast and their promos for the customers are very good. I totally would recommend if you own a company and need any finance options, that you consider Aqua Finance for your needs.

I recently financed a water treatment for my new home and decided to with Aqua Finance. I had easy access to make payment on their online portal or occasionally I would call customer service to make an online payment. The service team was very polite and respectful. Nikki in particular gave exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend this finance company to friends and family.

I paid my aqua Finance bill on 2/26 and it was not received as of 3/16. I called Aqua Finance today 3/17 and spoke to Maria Jose Gomez Lazo. After working 45 yrs in customer service I can honestly say she was the utmost professional and courteous person i have dealt with. After checking she told me they did receive my payment and that i was all set. If aqua finance wants someone to teach great customer service they should Maria do the training. She is the epitome of customer service. I am so glad she was the one that answered my call.

Today was one of the best days of my life. I had a situation last year that put me in the hospital for 4 months and I had a late payment that reported to my credit profile by Aqua Finance and that one late payment was causing my new home loan to be denied!!! After calling Aqua Finance and explaining my situation to upper management Chelsea at Ext 6202 was able to assist me in clearing the matter up. Chelsea was very professional and knowledgeable of her job as a manager she showed Stella customer service thanks again Chelsea for assisting me in this matter.🙏🏾

I work for a residential fencing company and we offer financing to our customers through Aqua Finance. The application process is simple and I usually get a credit decision within minutes.They have several different promotions available to our customers which really helps with the sale. Ryan is my account manager and she is readily available should I run into any problems or have any questions. Lesson learned to always read the fine print and don't forget to ask about interest rates. We bought a water system for $3,999 (late 2020) with payments automatically set up $99 a month. We paid those bills on time without fail for over a year. I then recently check (early 2022) to see how much is left to pay off for the loan/debt. It's over $7,000; nearly doubled than what we started with! The interest rate negates the monthly payments we were signed up for. Absolutely nothing else was purchased along the way. Why were we set up with a payment that couldn't pay this off???? We will be stuck paying this forever because the interest rate drives the debt up even higher!! Then I did some digging and see these other low ratings with poor reviews about the rates. This can't be legal practice, an interest rate that is suprases the monthly payment plans.

Cassandra is my personal rep there and she always updates me on all of the program changes and promotions that Aqua is offering to enhance our business and to offer our customers. I had the great opportunity to speak with Edward today as I was wanting to make a lump sum payment on my water softener. He was very detailed at explaining to me the procedures of going about it he helped me process my payment in a quick and timely manner. I have been working with Aqua Finance for over 20 years now and have always found them to be great business partners. When you are dealing with a financing item, prompt responses are key, and Aqua always delivers on that expectation. I also appreciate their willingness to train our team using the various time zones our Culligan businesses operate in, and that they will stay with us as long as we need them.

After paying two months payment in a row, I was contacted as they were off by $4.00. In my most recent call, I spoke with a Becky who was very rude. She cut me off not once, but twice. I had to tell her to please allow me to speak twice. Her first response was "First of all there is a delay". I requested to speak with a supervisor as I am a customer service manager myself and would never allow any of my agents to speak with customers that way. She placed me on hold for over 5 minutes and I disconnected the call. Please improve the training of your agents. Your customers should never fell that they are being talked down to by your customer service representatives.

I had wonderful help from Alfredo Celin at aqua finance. I had been trying to get a token to create an online account for over a year. It is so hard to get a hold of anyone at Aqua Finance. I finally got through by going through their dealer extension and was transferred a couple times, hung up on once, but then FINALLY got to Alfredo. Once there he took care of me right away. He helped me get a token to be able to create my account & he stayed on the line until I had everything set up. He was amazing!

Ivan was very unpleasant. We were a dealer and he wanted to grill us on why Aqua Finance should be willing to keep us on, as a client. We run $500,000 annually through various merchants who extend credit to our clients, he may have been able to retain us if he weren’t so rude. You never had a good app, maybe that’s why you struggle to get engaged dealers.

My company, Kinetico by AAA Water Systems, has used Aqua Finance services for over 10 years for our customers. Their terms are very reasonable for all parties involved. The mobile App and the portal are really easy to use and manage. Whenever we had issues with paperwork, the Credit and Funding departments are quick to respond and help us fix the problems. Our Account Manager, Ivan Briseno, always checks in with us to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Aqua Finance to any other company that is interested in offering finance contracts to their customers

My experience this past weekend could not have gone smoother. Edward H. handled my issue. He listened to my problem and quickly put my fears and anxiety at ease. He set expectations and true to his word, everything was completed sooner than I expected. His customer service skills are beyond reproach. He was friendly, a great listener, and definitely knows his business. I wish every representative was like him.

April Ort was the best representative when I called Aqua finance regarding my billing. She was respectful, empathetic, and understanding. She stayed on the line as I went online to make my payment so that I’d be guaranteed all would be well. It truly was! Thank you for everything April!

Read fine print. Tell me why I send in a 180.00 payment and they take 85.00 in interest!! Interest free for first year my butt!! They charge from day one. A 16,000.00 loan with 11,000.00 in interest fees is highway Robbery!!! Never again. Thank goodness I was able to get a "real" loan and paid them off in a hurry.

My customer service rep Shane was really nice and informative, but I do have to agree with the sentiments of a lot of the other reviewers. The interest that is being charged is crazy! I don’t think they want anyone to pay anything off if you just pay the minimum payments.

I had a customer service lady name Jessica she was cool and explained to me how certain payment process goes. She was wonderful. I can not say the same about the company I think the way they do things is terrible and I don’t like how they get you in financing with them. Personally I would have just paid this off in one shot if I know they were going to do me wrong on my payments!!! Don’t go with Aqua Finance!

Listen up new homeowners, you might have gotten a flyer in the mail about a free gift. Be careful it may cost you thousands. I called the number on the flyer and a man showed up to my door with a little bottle of Tied Soap Detergent. What he was really there for was to sell me water softener equipment, with Aqua Finance / Connexus Credit Unión. Please do your research before signing any contract. I been paying mine since 2017 and still owe 4,082.29 yes I only been paying the minimum. The problem is it stopped working in 2018 . I have contacted aqua finance numerous of times . And no one has come to look at it . When I stopped paying for it they reported me to TransUnion Credit Bureau. People they are bad business. If you want to find out for yourself, try them. It took me a long time to come forward, but knowing they are doing this to lots of families made me take time today and write this review.

This company is terrible. They have not taken my monthly payment. And have decided to withdraw 2 months plus penalty. Statewide Remodeling did great work, but Aqua Finance does not represent Statewide’s work

I just spoke with a very helpful loan consultant named Paula who helped me pay my bill. I had lost the paper bill they sent me, and I wanted to set up payments. She was extremely professional and courteous, and she helped me do everything I wanted to do!

I moved and closed out the bank account that my automatic payments for Aqua Finance were withdrawn from. (I had forgotten about it.) Upon speaking with customer service, they were understanding and helpful getting my new automatic payments set up.

Aqua Finance has excellent customer service. The home water filter is extraordinary. You can taste and notice the difference when drinking the filtered water. When you bathe, the soap and shampoo lathers extremely well and your skin and hair is silky smooth.

I spoke with Marie over the phone and she was incredibly friendly,respectful,informative and helpful. She was able to successfully automate my payments to coordinate to my payroll. Thus, I no longer have to worry about missing my payments or making payments manually. The customer service here is world-class. They take care of you and treat you like a person. I used this company for my boat purchase and they have been absolutely great. Customer service department is always friendly and on point. Not sure why they’re only rated 1.5 on Google, but I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I am writing this review for my mom. If she could give them 0 stars, she would. This place is absolutely horrible. She bought a water system and it was financed through this company. She had the option to pay it off in 12 months interest free, which she chose to do. The company held her last check for an extra week to get the interest out of her. She has been attempting to contact the person on the monthly invoice for the last 3 weeks with no success. No return phone call, nothing. She also attempted to email the company and again, the email was returned. I would not recommend this company for anything especially if you are attempting to do the right thing and take advantage of the interest free financing.

I’m so surprised at the ratings for the company. We just spoke with Paula with customer service help and was super professional. We financed our water system through them and are pleased. No issues with payments.

Aqua Finance is a great company to work with. I have been working with them over a decade. Aqua Finance handled the purchase of our Rain Soft water filtration system. There was a concern over one of the bills. When I reached out, I expected to have to sit on hold for eternity and then argue with the customer service representative. Instead, my call was answered promptly and the CSR immediately addressed the issue and resolved it painlessly (for me). My experience has been that they are a great company to work with!

After leaving 3 msgs for another rep to call me back, I tried the main number and was connected to Mario. He assured me that he could handle my request, and did so without any problems or issues. It was refreshing to talk to someone who openly stated that English wasn't his primary language, and to feel free to ask for clarification. I had no difficulties in understanding him, and was impressed with his communication skills. He did an outstanding job in representing Aqua Finance, and was a pleasure to talk to.

I wanted to give a Kuddos to a representative named Nikki James. She was VERY pleasant and extremely helpful. I had recently paid off my account and not knowing that my typical monthly payments and the payoff operate on two different websites, I was overcharged. Anyway, Nikki was able to show that I paid off the account and advised that I would receive refund checks in a few weeks. More than anything, I appreciated her enthusiasm and the peace of mind that she gave me. Oh, and I appreciated that she said my name correctly. lol. I had your company for financing my new windows in my home. I was a little hesitant at first because it was hard to get a hold of the guy they appointed me to use if I had any questions. I cannot remember his name, but he was not that helpful. I did get everything straightened out and recently just paid off my loan. I forgot to turn off my autopay and money came out of my account this morning. I called and got one of your customer representatives by the name of Tonya Taylor. I just have to say, she was so sweet, understanding, very attentive, and was more than happy to help me out. I just had to let you know what a FANTASTIC customer service representative she is! She deserves good money and do not let her go! I have worked at Cracker Barrel old Country Store Home Office for 26 years, so I know how hard it is to find great people.

Called regarding my account and the representative was EXTREMELY helpful and SUPER nice. He talked me through it all and let me know if anything and everything I needed to know regarding my account. I got through pretty quick as well. Definitely will call again if I have any trouble!

Please read fine print on loans... got this loan for my basement renovation in May 2019 for 48.8K its Feb 2022 now and I still owe 45K on this loan... I should have done more research on this institution but I really needed the basement done to accommodate my mother and was in a bit of a rush. I'm currently seeking to refinance my house and absorb this loan but it's horrible that only 3.8K has been applied to the loan in the course of nearly 3 years!!!! I promise there is a better institution out there.. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS PLACE. Also, if you are doing any remodeling do not remodel with "Remodel USA" they use this company and are just as over priced and money hungry. Wish I had better knowledge when I did this but as a first time home buyer I was the perfect pray for this scamming DUO.

This is the worst company! Please don't use them, you will regret it. First if all they take your bank account information and then tell you that it wasn't collected. Then put on hidden interest rates that is changed daily. I got a loan from them for $7200 and five years later they are telling me that I owe $4756 when I was paying every month with automatic payments, claiming that I was late one month and that is why the interest rate has increased. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

The representative, Karla Hernandez that I spoke with on today was extremely helpful. I didn't have my account number available at the particular time that I spoke with her but she was very understanding which made me comfortable. I'm never that happy when paying bills but because of her pleasant and gentle spirit I made the payment with no problem.

Good service providing financing. No problem getting approved. They set installment terms within budget. The account managers are knowledgeable and friendly and take time to explain the details of your account and answer your questions.

I have my boat financed through them. The company is fine I guess, they loaned me the money and register when I make my payments, but customer service is quite lacking. I've been trying to get my pay off balance for over a week and anytime I call the contact person listed on my bill, there is no answer nor ever acallback as requested and when I try to use the automated phone pay off process, the call always gets hung up. So I guess this is how they make extra interest money on each loan.

The worst company to do financing. The interest rates are high and the daily rate charged is another crazy thing. In the monthly statement it says one amount and I still have not found in the statement we’re it says that the balance showing on the statement is only valid for 10 days.ROSE was the only rep that answered my questions and assisted me well.

FYI: Monitor your payments closely, every month. Payments go missing and then they add late charges and report to credit bureaus. They also double your interest rate after you miss your first payment. It has happened twice, in 16 months. Do not trust auto pay! This is how they get you! Watch them very closely. They are crooks!

I would give them no stars but for some reason won't allow me too. Aqua finance strikes AGAIN!!!!! Now can't use a credit card to pay for you're minimum pay!!! Now they doubled my payments for what reason I DON"T KNOW. I even paid a HUGE amount to cut my loan. They still doubled my payments. WORST COMPANY TO GET A LOAN WITH. The crazy part is I only been with them for 3 months!!!!!!! lol. STAY AWAY AND GET A PERSONAL LOAN THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH!

Opened account in October 2016 and never had any concerns which I needed to address. Today I had to call because I had several concerns. Worse finance company I’ve ever had to deal with! There online services suck, customer service sucks, there billing sucks, literally everything sucks! I have nothing good to say. Wish they could have zero stars! 32k loan is now 36k. In 2 years I’ve paid 15k on it, guess what, my balance is now 36k. Update: so sense my rv was 19% and not 9% I’m refinancing at my personal credit union! Only gotta put 13k down sense I’m so upside down! 🤬
