This is the rare financial institution that thinks globally and acts locally. Not only do I appreciate their sincere commitment to making this world a better place, I was pleased at their commitment to customer service. When I encountered a glitch with my online account, I received not one, but two, messages from bank executives who promised to look into it. Within hours, each had followed up to inform me there would be changes made to ease the online application process. That’s the level of service that creates a customer for life.

I've now worked with Climate First Bank for commercial lending on multiple deals, and I can safely say that they will be my first call from here on out. Their team is timely, professional, and quick to help...not just before closing, but afterwards as well!

We obtained a commercial real estate loan with climate first bank. Our contact person was Mr. Chris Cucci. From the very beginning we noted Chris to be highly professional. He provided us with loan terms fairly early on that remained unchanged throughout our loan process. He is an excellent communicator and is very good at setting expectations early on. Our process was seamless and the online banking experience is better than most smaller banks with which we obtained loans (and some larger ones as well). I am not one to spend the time to write reviews, but I felt the need to for the first time. ClimateFirst has been a breath of fresh air when trying to obtain a commercial property loan. I personally dealt with Chris and the experience was truly 5 stars. If you’re looking for customer service and a business that is willing to hear your story and not just a computer saying yes or no, ClimateFirst is your bank.

Fossil fuels are a finite resource on this planet, and once they are gone they are gone - for good. Solar and wind are not. Smart financial institutions and investors, like Climate First Bank, see the writing on the wall. CFB uses your deposits to invest in energy sources that can be perpetually replenished and that do not actively contribute to global destabilization, threaten national security, poison American communities of color, create resource scarcity, and will eventually displace hundreds of millions of people as sea level rise worsens. Not to mention wreaking havoc on my beautiful home state of Florida. The continued investment by the Big Banks in oil and gas, and even coal, is a short-sighted farce, and I for one support any bank that is actually willing to put their money where their mouth is and back the horse that won't die half way through the race.

I am extremely excited to partner with Climate First Bank for my personal banking needs as well as my company's. It's great to finally have a Bank that is setting out an ambitious plan to prioritize financing and investment that supports the transition to a net zero global economy – and helps to build a thriving, resilient future for society and businesses.

What a joke! Self-proclaimed “rabid capitalist”, Ken LaRoe starts another bank with the goal of once again pulling the wool over good intentioned peoples’ eyes with empty promises, just as he did with Green Bank not long ago. First Green Bank sold to Seacoast for a 9-figure sum, making himself and investors millions, closing branches and leaving dozens of his former employees in the lurch and without jobs. Wow…what sound and just "values". If First Climate Bank truly wanted to effectuate change, why would they be a for profit corporation when there are so many other structures that would allow them to more effectively focus on the purported “mission” and it not be about making millions for Ken LaRoe and his crony investors. They say all the right things, but do you believe them? History has a habit of repeating itself.
