They treated my wife like a complete criminal in front of our kids. The 1 star rating is just a participation trophy. They sure didn’t even earn that. I’m thankful these services are available, but these folks need to learn customer service.

I love cliffs my brother worked there...and it was always jam packed. But I know for a fact that since they have lost my brother at this one in Mckinney the now manager Sylvia.. it has gone down. I have personally gone in there nand she is very monotone NEVER EVER SMILES ,she down right rude. This lady has worked at Cliffs before becoming a manager ther. So she knows she knows good rule of thumb is when you a regular customer come on don’t treat em like you never ever saw em in your life...And communication is key.. I have had people o know that say they won’t go if she is there he’ll I don’t go when she is there.. The atmosphere is not a happy cheery one as before . And none looks happy anymore they were always laughin crackin jokes and since her arrival big difference. It’s like she enjoys bien mean and spiteful sooo sad I hardly ever messed with Cliffs my brother worked THIER and I love the girls Erika Angélica ,Leona wked there Robin, Kim,Sam all sweet hearts but her noway....

Great customer service. Great accruacy Fast and friendly service and I love it that money orders are free with the check cashing... Great incentive! .

Rude staff. They are no help and don’t want to do no work. Trashy people in there. Only help Mexicans, they DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE at that store. It’s disgusting how she treated me when I walked in but when a Mexican man walked in she treated him with respect.Racist staff so so sickening. I hope they get replaced.

Cant get money order without ID That’s odd

I love these guys. Once you sign up with them and are on their system, you dont even need your wallet or an ID when you go in to cash a check. They have your photo and utilize facial recognition. You get a personal ck from Granny for your birthday? They will cash it...You get there too late and they are closed....They have several other locations that are 0pen 24 -7 So you can cash Grannys personal check at 3:30 AM on Sinday morning. Be ready to absorb a fee for the convenience though. .

Thank you for the best service in Princeton TX! Was in and out in no time even with several other people in front of me on a busy Friday and no time to go to my bank in McKinney.

I come every other week with the same pay check why do I have to wait ever single time to verify makes no sense..have been using them for years😠
