This bank has the rudest most condescending employees. They have zero compassion or willingness to help people.

Costas Grekis, the resident VP of wealth management, feels entitled to park his vehicle in the customer parking area like an amateur. He has been parking like this for years in the same spot. I’ve complained to customer service inside the bank but no one seems to care. He even scammed $800 out of my son in October 2019 for unknowingly backing into his poorly parked BMW. He called the police and said it was a hit and run. Never mind the fact that he was parked as seen in the picture. Then he said he’d cut my son a break if he paid him for the damage after getting a repair estimate. Of course, he found a place to give him an $800 estimate for what amounted to a detailing job. Good job scamming a 16 year old kid. I can only imagine what he does to his clients.

I have been using their services for more than 15 years for my personal and business needs. They are always helpful and kind. The staff are very gracious and attentive to the customer needs. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Exceptional service. Keep up the Good Work!

This is an archaic credit union with staff that aren’t able to think things through in a logical way. They are not worth the hassle and headache.

About once a month and sometimes more frequently the Live Tellers/ATMs are not working. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to a different branch to access my money. Calling customer service to try to figure something out proved to be a big waste of time as the lady o talked to had a smart mouth and was defensive in her ability to tell me "I have just told you what your options were . . ." My account will be closed today ad this is not the first time it has happened and it was the last chance I could give them.

Problem after problem. Today, all of their locations phone numbers have been disconnected and I can't access my account online either. Can't pay my bills because I don't know what my account holds. Very unhappy and actually terrified that they took my money and ran. Again, ALL locations phone numbers have mysteriously been disconnected.

I've been banking at the credit union for 30+ years. Never had a problem they couldn't help me with.

Clearview offers nothing but problems and obstacles to accessing your money. From the staff that is incapable of using common sense, to their policies and fees, you will have more headache than necessary or remotely fair. They are not the kind of place to use if you are not near one of their offices, either. Even if you are close, they mess things up consistently and tell you they can’t fix their mistakes. This place is a nightmare and does not offer services like any other banking institution.

My family and I have had several significant mistakes made by this credit union. From things not being processed or done, to them not have the capabilities that any other bank I've ever heard of has, this credit union is not work the hassle and all of the work they cause you in cleaning up their mistakes.

Worst bank and I will never do banking with you ever again. Had a charge on my account that I did not approve and this bank keeps giving me the run around each time then say oh yeah your money deposits on April 1st by one person yesterday then I call today and am now told again that the person I talked to yesterday was lying and never said that. Then I get told maybe I am lying? Yeah I am so pulling my money from this fraud of a bank
