I had the opportunity to work with Chris on my refinance and he was amazing! Not only did he guide me and explained the whole process, he even went out of his way to meet me at work so that I didn't have to take off from work!!! Great Team!

I cannot in good conscience let anyone go to this title company without knowing how reckless and irresponsible they are. To cut to the chase, Clear Title placed me and my wife on a deed for a property we did not own and then not once did they apologize or act like they did something wrong. We were purchasing a house and forced to use Clear Title as it was the seller's choice. There were oddities in our communications early on but nothing that would prepare me for this kind of massive mistake. We came in on closing day to sign our papers and left with the typical new home owner's high from purchasing a dream home for us. 2 or 3 weeks later I receive a notice in the mail that I owe home owner's association dues and other fees on a property I have never heard of. I called the association saying they must have made a mistake and they swore that they had a warranty deed with my information on it saying I was the home owner. I called the county to confirm and they had a deed as well showing the same and advised me to contact the last title company I worked with. Sure enough, Clear Title had placed my information and submitted a deed to the county that was processed and filed for a property we did not own. When confronted, not one person at Clear Title apologized or even acted sympathetic. They had literally one job, to file a deed with my information on the house we were purchasing and they could not do it. I had to wait two months before I could find the calm to write the basics of my one encounter with them and try to be objective. Be warned, they are extremely reckless and do not care about their client's privacy or the accuracy of their work. Stay away and find a company that cares for the people they serve.

Clear Title Solutions did a outstanding job! I even closed earlier than anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling! Chris Chiriani was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely use them again!

Refinanced my home through Clear Title Solutions. Unfortunately we ran into a couple of hiccups (not at Clear Titles fault) BUT Chris, Liz, and Tammy ensured that things still went off smoothly and on time. I highly encourage them for all of your home buying/refinancing needs. The knowledge and professionalism is next to none. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Chris is very attentive to his clients consistently. Chris works hard to ensure that everyone understands thoroughly what he needs & what he is providing. Liz is quick to respond and eager to assist you when you call her with questions. If you call for Chris and he is not available, Liz typically knows exactly what is needed and can take care of the call. They both understand their jobs well and they understand the hard work that goes in to each loan, due to this, they show the utmost respect for us when we have obstacles come up. We are truly fortunate that we have a such a profession positive working relationship with Clear Title Solutions.

This title company goes above and beyond. My client was refinancing and was on the way home to do the closing at their home. While on his way home he was in a car accident. He was alright but needed a ride home. Chris C. was to the rescue. He picked up our client and took him home so that they could still close. Seriously great customer service! I had a wonderful experience with Clear Title Solutions...I was kept well informed and updated on the entire process and closing day went off without a hitch. There was an issue with contacting the seller and recording the satisfaction of the mortgage. Clear Title was willing to drive to the sellers house (New Smyrna Beach) to get the docs signed. I felt they went out of their way to help make sure that the closing went as smoothly as possible even though it was not their fault.

Chris went above and beyond to make this closing happen. Selling my home without a realtor, I was unsure on how to proceed. He walked me through the entire process and made sure everything worked out correctly. I would recommend this company to anyone in Florida who needs a closing company.
