I would be remised if I did not take the time to write a review the amazing work that Clear Lake Title Services. First, I would like to start by saying I more than enjoyed my experience working with this company. Buying this house was FAR from an easy process in this market. Also having a husband in the military away at training also made things unique. This company worked with me every step of the way. I appreciate their ability give me guidance and be flexible to setting up documents to get signed. They made the document process extremely smooth. They always delivered information in the timely manner and whenever I had questions, they were answered immediately! Jesse- Was the point person for my documentation and he was amazing! Very organized, kind and thorough. Everything you NEED in a title company when buying a house. The owner- She was actually at my closing! I loved that. It made me feel important! She was very thorough, she read through all my documents. She took her time, and even made me copies of ALL my paperwork in addition to the electronic copy she sent me. Finally I would note that one of the best parts of my closing is the BIG KEY they ordered for me to take pictures of ! I felt soooo special.
