I first met Jon about 10 years ago while looking to have some title work performed on some forclosures I was bidding on. I had never owned property and very new to the process. His friendliness and professionalism then (and now) was top notch and never forgotten. We recently have sold three units this January (2021) and were so happy to use New Urban Title. Very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.

I have worked with a lot of title companies and this is one of the best. Their prices are extremely competitive, Quick response time and each person that does the closings will sit and patiently review each document with the borrowers.

I am a mobile notary that did a closing for them in November and they have not paid my fee of $150.00i was professional and completed my paperwork on time. I have left many calls to Greg and Cheryl and they do not return my calls or send me my check. Any notary they call beware you will have a huge struggle to get paid. I am still waiting to receive my check.
