Clean Title has the best staff, they were very professional and fast. Attorney Walton Tate was a pleasure in the closing.

Mr. Tate is not responsive, will not return phone calls, and cannot accurately project his work load to ensure delivery of a commitment to service. His office staff was very professional, courteous, and apologetic to Mr. Tate's downfalls. If you need an attorney to execute, don't waste your time with him.

We used Clean Title for the purchase of our first home. Mrs. Donna and her staff did a great job of handling everything and getting us to the closing table. Walter also made sure we all knew what the docs were and understood why we were signing.

I closed on my very first home in December 2021. All of the staff at Clean Title were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I needed to ask for documents after closing they were prompt! Over all I would recommend my experience to anyone looking for a local title company!

Our deed had all kinds of errors that they never caught. That's supposed to be why we are paying them. Now we have to hire a lawyer to help us fix it. They even gave us the wrong acreage on the deed we signed at the closing table which thankfully we caught and they fixed. They basically told our lawyer "oh well" when she asked them nicely to fix their errors.
