Don’t even think on coming here it’s permanently closed I guess we have to do everything remotely now, drove 10 miles for nothing I’m closing my account ATM is all is Open here

Great Credit Union. However, when I press "Directions" on Google Maps, it always takes me to 709 Shadow Lane for some odd reason, even though the correct address 900 s Rancho is listed. Very strange!

Excellent customer care and personalization! All the tellers know us on sight and are more than willing to assist us in our banking needs.

I went to this location on April 20th, 2020 and felt as if I was being discriminated by the worker Taigi and/or the manager of this branch. I was refused to have an account open over the smallest inconvenience. As I visited a different branch today in Henderson with the same information provided to the Shadow Lane branch, I was able to get my account opened. Please work on bettering your customer service and as well as treating your customers with respect. I was treated with attitude and did not receive a proper greeting. Please do better!

Trying to get a refinance on my home for 4 months , had and appraisal 2 months ago, and still don't have a rate quote . don't call them all you get is voice mail . They all work remotely so no office to go to. Would not recommend!

Probably the worst credit union in all of America. Their quality of customer service has continuously decreased over the 30byears I have been with them. I finally got so upset with them, that I shut down all my accts in 2020 and so happy I did. The customer service manager Karen Huershfield turned out to be useless. It is no wonder all of their reviews are horrific and pathetic. Good luck this year, because I suspect they will slowly but surely close down more offices as they lose more and more unhappy customers. That's your dividend payment.

I am a long time member of this credit union, and always have great experiences with Pat Johnson in our mortgage loans. Unfortunately we have this new person to take over (Ryan Lopez) wanted to get an appraisal for 120K refi loan but my property is over 350K in value?! First they waived the appraisal and then Mr Lopez asked for appraisal!! So inconsistent! I wish Pat is here to help us😊 We will just pay-off this rental property.

This bank is part of a bigger reason why crypto currencies is so big and will continue on its path to dominancy in dissolving banks such as cccu. From personal experience with them, they will kick you while you're down take everything in your in your pocket and piss on you, while recording it for their later amusement. They really seem to get off on other s pain especially during this pandemic. Cccu will rob you for whatever you're worth. Save the trouble and find a better bank before its too late.

Amazing employees, my Daughter inquired about an auto loan. She was only 21yrs of age, she has a great credit score as well. The lady, that helped us, went way beyond her job description, I'm sure. She actually took the time, explained everything very clearly. She treated my Daughter, as if she was talking to her own Daughter. I thanked her repeatedly, she didn't have to spend so much time with us, at all! Calling is an entire different story, were on hold over 12min then sent to a voicemail, prior to leaving a voicemail, we were discountected. Very frustrating, the lines went fast inside not a wait, at all. The waiting area, is kept clean & tidy. It'd be great, if they offered coffee & water. Maybe they do, however I didn't see any. Again the employee that went out of her way for my Daughter and I, I truly appreciate all you did. You taking the time out, to be considerate and understanding that this was a huge deal for my 21yr old Daughter not to mention, myself. You truly restored THE TRUE MEANING, OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT too many employees know that meaning anymore! They need to take notes from you! I've already referred several people over to your credit union. THANK YOU, A MILLION TIMES OVER!
