    Excellent RAV4 Prime XSE Premium sales experience with Mr. Mohammed (Floor manager) and his team member David. Sales process was very straightforward and headache free. No games and very positive and professional experience overall even considering the market adjustment and all. Reasonable market adjusted price compared to other Toyota dealerships around. I would highly recommend this dealership for your Toyota purchase. Greatful for being able to buy RAV4 Prime XSE Premium in this market despite having rare packages available on these SUVs.

    The SECOND TIME I get an oil change done and my car is left leaking. Do you know how aggravating that is? First time they lied and said “We had TWO gaskets put on there by accident” (I checked myself prior to taking it to them and it had NO gasket). Now I start seeing leaks all over my driveway and no surprise, my undercarriage is filthy and doused in oil. I get under myself and guess what? Droplets coming from the oil drip pan bolt. I am absolutely infuriated with the garbage work they do.

    I would avoid this dealer! They put a Rockledge third party security system on all the new cars that are on the lot. They put the alarm system before the car is even sold. I will not buy another car at this dealer again. They will ruin your wiring harness by putting t-taps that connect to the wiring for your starter and door locks.

    First of all, I love everything in our new 2022 Toyota Corolla LE! Thank you Claremont Toyota. Everyone at This dealership has been very gracious, and professional. As a first time Toyota buyer, we had the most memorable, positive and smooth car buying experience. My family are so grateful IMBER ROJAS walked up to us at Claremont Toyota that day. He is a TRUE GEM 💎 of a person. We will never forget how this amazing person treated us with respect, honesty and kindness.     I came here for an oil change and “multi point inspection”. I had an appointment. After 2.5 hours I called my service advisor Ozzy to ask how much longer it would be. He said he had lost track of my vehicle but would call me right back. After 15 minutes I walked to his desk where he was having a casual conversation with a coworker. He then informed me that they had forgotten about my vehicle but they would do the service now. I was upset and wanted to leave but I needed the service. After about 10 minutes I was informed that they in fact had done the service but forgot to tell me it was done. I talked to the service manager and assured me that everything would be free. After I left I noticed my car was shaking at idle. I checked the oil level and it was high. My engine bay is dusty so I could tell that the air filter and battery hadn’t been looked at even though they checked it off as good on the multi point inspection sheet. I called and went back to the service department. The service manager did this second service and told me that there was over half a quart too much oil. It took a total of over 4 hours. It still doesn’t drive right. It’s not shifting right. This is the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. UPDATE::: After the issues I had I was contacted by Janet the customer service rep and she made sure I was taken care of and my vehicle was perfect when I picked it up. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to make sure my car was right

    To start: Ask for Jacob Calderon if you go down there! I went down to Claremont Toyota with the purpose of purchasing a new vehicle. I had been to other dealerships and due to supply shortages, there are no new cars ANYWHERE. Most people are buying new cars sight unseen nowadays. I had to find a car fast and they had the perfect car for me that was 2 years old. My sales rep, Jacob Calderon, was very professional and helpful during the car buying process. He made sure that everything was going smoothly and ensured that if we were waiting too long, he would talk to someone to expedite the process. Every time he was called over the intercom, he promptly showed up to address any concerns we were having while we were in finance. I showed up with my own financing and everything was straight forward on my end. All in all, rough start in the beginning with the previous sales people but Jacob made up for it with his professionalism and honesty. Thanks again!

    If you're looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend you stop by Claremont Toyota. The staff at this dealership, from the sales team to the financial services personnel, all went above and beyond in their customer service. Pablo Lopez, along with Ernesto and Daniel in finance, treated us with respect and sincerity, which made our decision to purchase a vehicle from Claremont Toyota that much easier. Pablo Lopez, in particular, was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest throughout our entire experience. We drove from Northern California to this dealership, and Pablo stayed late to meet us. The negotiation process was fair and respectful, and Pablo was really patient with us. In fact, we had to bring our puppy to the dealership and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating (and happy to meet him!). When we picked up our vehicle, Pablo made sure it was fully charged and ready to go. We really appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to his clients. Overall, this was an overwhelmingly positive experience in all regards. We were beyond happy with our purchase and without a doubt, we would happily work with Pablo again in the future.     The Vehicle Inventory was extremely low. Pre-owned cars 3 to 1 versus New. They have a big lot and no issues with customer parking. Big service drive and parts department. Their showroom is very cramped with desks and offices. Lot of sales people walking around and waiting out front so you should have no problem getting helped there. They have a Mark up on all the vehicle at this time and they add $1295 for Alarm system to every car so just be prepared beforehand. They have 2 lots and one is specifically for Pre-Owned. The play music in the showroom and they look to be busy even with low inventory.

    I had an accident which totalled my car. As we looked for another car, we came across Claremont Toyota. We went to check it out and was greeted by Chris, who showed us a few cars. He let us take a ride and demonstrated many features and various differences amongst several years of RAV4. He definitely knows his trade and is very courteous. After trying one out, we decided to buy it. After going through the buying process, which he helped us to go through smoothly, we drove the car home. The next day I checked our bank account and discovered that that account didn't have enough fund in it. This happened on a Sunday and the bank of another account is closed on Monday. We were so worried. So we called Chris and asked for help. Within an hour he had arranged to delay the check deposit for three days, which is a great relief for us because it allowed us to transfer sufficient fund to that checking account. We really appreciate the customer first attitude of Chris.

    I called looking for a specific car and was helped by Jamie, he went beyond and found the car I wanted.     Hands down best dealership! Service department got everything done in a couple hours and didn’t have to leave it over night! Manager in waiting area was very attentive with customers.     My husband and I bought a used 2020 RAV4 back in March. We ended up having some issues with the windshield and had to have it resealed. At first we were assigned with Danny… what a s**t show that was. He never actually answered my questions, beat around the bush, and never actually contacted us I always had to call him to get answers. We went in about 5 times for them to fix the issue and it never actually got fixed completely. Luckily the 6th time, Ozzy helped us. He was able to do more for us in 1 visit then Danny did for us in 5 visits. Thank you Ozzy for answering our questions, being straight forward and treating us like the paying customers that we are :)

    My experience wasn’t the best but the person who attended me was really good I strongly recommend Phil he does a walk through and everything. Now let’s get to the bad I took my car here twice a couple weeks ago to get serviced and roughly paid about 1,400 because my car was making a really bad sound in the braking system. Now let’s be mindful I just wanted my car to get the 25,000 mile service on it which is about 200 give or take and somehow ended up being more than that. Anyways, I thought that was the brakes of my car sounding like that … oh boy was I wrong I got my car back and it was still making a sound I decided to let it go since I thought the car just needed to just get used to the brakes and everything they got done with it… 2 1/2 weeks later my car sounds just as bad if not worse. I’ve blown two checks to get my car serviced just for it to be the same. Another thing about this place is that there time management is just really bad, the last time I took my car was around 7:40am I didn’t get my car back until 5:40… when I had texted the dealer stating that I needed my car before 4 which is why I went super early, so obviously I get upset because I was supposed to go to work at 4:30 and didn’t get to my job until almost 6 because I had no car. If they needed my car to stay overnight or needed more time with it they could’ve just told me from the very beginning and i would’ve looked for someone to take me to work. I make minimum wage so every dollar is extremely helpful but cmon that’s an hour wasted of no pay and no updates on where my car was. So at the end of the day I wasted all that money and my car is still making a sound, do not come here.

Even though the first used vehicle I had purchased ended up being something that was unfixable,Jessie was my sales rep and he went BEYOND anything I could ask for!He was super respectful, AMAZING communication.I was offered a rental until the problem was solved.But even BETTER I was offered a newer model vehicle, was NOT pressured into anything.I told Jessie what I had to work with financially and he made me feel so respected!!!!     4th time purchasing a car here excellent customer service. They are always willing to work with us and make sure we're happy. We just purchased a truck and our salesman Jaime was super helpful and kind. We will return here for our next purchase in the future and recommend all our friends and family Update came home after purchasing my truck to find out the truck they sold me was not a z71 it was a mistake and a sticker that was placed on the truck by previous owner so whoever inspected the truck didn't catch that. Secondly the recalls were not take care and my credit union called saying they won't fund my loan. Overall a big headache the sales manager was no help and unprofessional. So sad since I've been a longtime customer, no longer will I be purchasing from this dealer ever again

    Its difficult to buy a car right now but Claremont Toyota was so accommodating in every way. Their customer service department ensured everything went smoothly and went out of their way to treat us as if we were the most important people there. Our sales person and finance person were super informative and made sure we understood the process. We got an amazing vehicle and are super happy with our purchase!...UPDATE: Major discovery...our finance person led us to believe we purchased a 10 year 100k warranty when in reality it is only good for 7 years. EXTREMELY disappointing. There is no doubt that he knew I expected 10 and he never corrected me when I went on and on about getting 10 years. Now the whole day and purchase of my vehicle feels like a bad experience and I feel ripped off. UPDATE#2: So everything has been corrected and I now have the 10 year 100k warranty I originally purchased.

    The service department went above our expectations! We needed a diagnostic on our Highlander and took it to John Elway in Ontario since we purchase our vehicles there. We received poor service at checkin and were told we had to add a high mileage inspection if we wanted the diagnostic done but they never mentioned anything about that when booking the appointment in the first place. After working with the manager there we left very disappointed. We called Claremont Toyota and spoke to Candace. She was amazing! She explained the details over the phone and then again when checking in our vehicle- NO hidden or extra fees for what we didn’t need- just the diagnostic. Abraham, a service technician was quick to answer and explain the details of our concerns about what could be the issue with our Highlander. Overall, their team was understanding, genuine and persistence with taking care of our needs.

    Went in for an engine diagnostic because my car was acting up, I explained to the technician that I had an idea what it could be. I told them that it could be the transmission sensor based off what research I had done prior to taking my vehicle in. they told me they would give me a call once it was done.. roughly 6 hours later they called me and said that my transmission was bad and they taken it apart and assured me that it was in fact problem and that. it would cost me 6k to fix it. I refused to believe that it was my transmission so i took the chance and bought sensor myself the same day and see if that was my issue and long behold it was! Not only did they misdiagnose my vehicle they lied to me when they said they took it apart, because when I installed the new sensor, my vehicle had no signs of it being touched.. Im extremely disappointed in the service provided from Claremont Toyota, you would think going to a dealership that you'd be in good hands and feel secure in comparison to sketchy mechanics but i was wrong. I will no longer be taking my vehicle here and want to say all this to warn future or already existing customers. Always get a second opinion.

    Special thanks to Marisel, Brad and Mike. Thanks (for stepping in) and helping me and my family. There was a recall on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma and I had issues getting the outside brake light fixed due to my shell I installed to keep my music equipment safe. I spoke with Tony S (I guess he's a manager for the service dept). We spoke 2 - 3 times and I asked him for consideration. He quoted me $300 plus to remove my shell. I called the company who installed my shell and they said it would be $80 to remove it and reinstall. The issue was, I didn't have the $80 AND it would be a hassle trying to take to 2 locations for this Toyota RECALL. It was not my fault, (I told Tony) but I was caught in the middle trying to get it repaired OR do nothing would probably damage my fairly NEW TRUCK in the future I was told. This really SUCKED! I decided not to give up and to TRY 1 more time and to go in person, and the GM (Brad), his assistant Marisel and Mike LISTENED to me and not only took care of the recall, they removed my shell (NO CHARGE), did the current maintenance (NO CHARGE) and topped my tank off with gas! OMG!!! I felt like I was in a Helpful Honda Day commercial - what a blessing you guys are. I chose to stay at my current job working with kids and it has been a financial struggle. Leave the kids or find a better paying job??? YOU GUYS BOUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES. There is a GOD, and there is still LOVE and HOPE in this world. Thanks for showing kindness to a family in the time of need. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks... my God continue to bless you (and your families) for your thoughtfulness!     The service is not as expected... I owned Toyotas since 10 years and the cars are excellent... usually the service is excellent as well... But this branch, I gave my car for first maintenance 5000 miles, they rotated the tires without checking the psi in them... and they bended my rear camera... I had to waste another day to follow up this issue and they denied that there is anything wrong with the camera... though I am sure the angle is changed ... I gave them the car in same condition of factory because it is still new... though they messed with the camera and insisted that I am not seeing it right.. we are 2 people driving the same car and noticed that the camera is bended and not in the factory position... I will search for another branch for maintenance next time...

    If I could give Jacob Calderon 10 stars I would! He is the most non salesmen like sales man I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He looks at you in the eyes when he is talking to you and treats you like a friend! Not once did I get the creepy car salesman vibe from him! As long as he works for Toyota I will go to him for my cars. One thing that I really dislike about the dealership though is the rave music blasting while you're trying to sign a deal. Jacob was kind enough to find an empty office for us to talk in so we didn't have to scream over the awful music blasting through that place! Thank you Jacob for our 2022 Camry and our 2022 Rav4!     From the moment I drove up to the service line in my 2020 blizzard Pearl C-HR for a 2-year service, I felt comfortable with Claremont Toyota. The greeter Ed was very polite and instructed me exactly where to drive and the rest of the check-in process. I had to wait about 10 minutes in line for a 9:30am Saturday appt, but it gave me a chance to observe the check-in staff. Hugo, the service associate checked-in my car with ease and I headed out to the lot to look at the RAV 4s. I had asked Hugo to make sure I was ‘left alone’ to look around by myself. Out of the blue came a young jovial salesman and I thought, “ Ok, he looks harmless.” Long story short, by the time my car was finished from the 2-year service, Jesse S. Alvarado had sold me a 2022 RAV4 TDX fully loaded! I am a very happy customer!

    Purchased a 2022 prius prime. I was told that I was getting a free alarm system. When I looked at my contract that was not the case. I called them and the finance guy told the manager to tell me " nothing is free." Second issue, my tires were wearing prematurely. Went over to the dealer and they looked it over. They said, I was driving too much, turning too much and that I drive my car on bad roads. Then they said I have an alignment issue. I told them I just purched this car, if there is an alignment problem then you should fix it for free, because apparently it came off the production line with an issue. They just brushed me off and would not remedy the problem. Aside from Bruce the sales manager, I would not recommend this dealership. No custumer service!!UPDATE: SINCE MY INITIAL REVIEW, CLAREMONT TOYOTA HAS BEEN ABLE TO REMEDY THE ISSUES THAT I HAD WITH MY 2022 PRIUS PRIME. THIS CAN BE CREDITED TO A VERY NICE LADY NaMED JANET OF THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT.     My wife and I just purchased a used car from these people and the car has some obvious defects that are more unreasonable for a used car than the norm issues which should have been caught when the car was accepted as a trade by it's previous owner. This dealership also rolled our deal without actually having an approval from a bank which I find to be grossly negligent. Our sales man was a very good guy I highly recommend Jacob, but unless you're willing to take home stress and anxiety don't leave here with a new or used car unless you have an actual approval from a bank!!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤮 Entire situation makes me want to VOMIT

    We had a mixed experience at Claremont Toyota. The sales person was nice and helpful. The financial advisor didn’t seem to care. For one, he didn’t even have a mask (at all) when we were in his office signing papers or tried to put one on. And when asked if we inspect the vehicle on delivery, are we allow to reject if we find issues? He replied with, “If you guys don’t want it, that’s fine. There are 10 other people waiting to buy it.” Just didn’t feel like it was a customer-first service.

    Had an appointment for 1330, arrived at 1300 for a service for my car. I was given a time frame by my service consultant of about 2 hours. Behold my dumfounded state when I saw my car get picked up from across the street to go into the garages 4 hours later to get worked on. Just to clarify, I was there at 1300, got the paperwork done to start the service by 1310 and by 1700 my car was barely getting into the garages to get worked on. I had another car serviced earlier in the week at Subaru of Ontario and when they said 1 hour turn around they meant it. Enjoy the complimentary refreshments, you'll need it when you go here.

    The overall service was just “ok”. I had to call my advisor Humberto quit a few times for status on my car. However, the young lady that took over the repair of my car the next day, followed up and kept me informed on the repair and recommended services needed. I ended up getting my car repaired at your dealership but I was a bit bothered to get in my vehicle to find two tech rags on my passenger seat and a steering wheel cover on the floor. Overall I think a 4 stars review is being pretty generous.

    This review is in regards to the Sales Department. I have been researching for a Pre-Owned Toyota Prius and saw that Claremont Toyota had one in stock. I contacted their Sales Department and got in touch with Sales Representative David Garcia. David was very diligent and forwarded me photos of the vehicle. Then, he set up an appointment for me to come by and check the vehicle out. I arrived to the dealership on 1/5/21 at my appointment time and David was already outside to meet me! I test drove the vehicle and was ready to purchase. David then directed me to Finance Manager Daniel Vera who was able to get my papers set and I drove off with my vehicle the same day. They added on over $7000 in options to the payment that were not disclosed to me until I was signing docs and found it myself. Needless to say, they lost all my trust and did NOT get my business.

    Took in my 2020 Toyota 4Runner for 30k on May 4, 2022 for service. certain services weren’t done. Took the vehicle in a total of 3 times the same day to get a proper multi point inspection. -tires weren’t rotated.technician swore he rotated tires and that was a lie. My tire had chalk from a previous flat I had and that’s how I found out they weren’t rotated. -engine air filter wasn’t changed(out of stock) but paperwork said it was replaced. -cabin air filter wasn’t replaced either. -brakes weren’t inspected since Tires weren’t removed or rotated. Check your vehicles before you leave the lot. Worst service ever!

    After visiting two other dealerships, I called and spoke to Julio. He gave me some really good information and knowledge so I set an appointment for 6pm that same day. Ended up leaving with a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Julio and Christian were awesome, as well as Ricardo in the finance department. No pressure and the lowest interest rate that others hadn't come close to.     Claremont Toyota was pretty good to work with. We did everything online however they never contacted us back after a week so we showed up in person. Derrick was very nice and pulled the car right away when we told him which one we wanted. The music on the inside of the dealer was to much. Felt like I was at the gym working out. It was to loud to even talk so thankfully we were in a room that was quieter. Other than that experience was good

    Disappointed with Claremont Toyota's service. I was quoted $1,500 or $12,000 for vehicle maintenance suggesting engine rebuild or used engine purchase. Went to an independent mechanic and the issue was resolved for less than $100.00 without needing a new engine. I felt robbed and very dissatisfied with your company's service. I will no longer take my business here. I had gone and gotten work from your dealer prior. I spent my money with you guys thinking I had genuine dealership guarantee and care. I see that the last thing you care about is honest service, the customer, and principles. You only see the money and price gouge as much as possible. Very sad.

    What kind of dealer doesn’t do pricing over the phone? I’m not driving over an hour out of my way to find out if I’m going to be ripped off or not. The salesman kept saying “we never lose a deal over pricing” right.... you’ll lose a deal over an unwillingness to be straightforward with your customers though.     Honestly, this was hands-down one of the best experiences that I’ve gotten when buying a car. I have called tons of dealerships. And because of the car shortage, Claremont Toyota actually had the lowest markup price. Along with that they gave me the best deal. I had actually canceled my contract in Alhambra because the deal was way cheaper here than it was at Toyota Wondries. The customer service was spot on.     Don’t trust them when you buying a car here for the lifetime oil change, they will start charge the labor fee for $89.99 after two years but oil is free. Ridiculous. I read some reviews people left before, this dealership was promise gave people lifetime oil change and which is lie to people to buy their’s car, after a period then find a reason to ask people to start paying some labor fees. When I sign my contract to buy the car ask them to write down their promise on the contract and they didn’t do it, they said they always be here for the service, and I will always get the lifetime free oil change, now they saying I should follow the contract I signed. Not honest to customer at all. And when I spoke with the manager he told me he is proud of their service. I didn’t sign the contract with him, but I think they all know theirs promises which they are not follow after while. I don’t mind to pay the fee I agreed. But lie to customer and being proud that customer are stupid. Yes. I see what’s the Best service from their mouth.

Truly unprofessional, my husband & I purchased a vehicle here in 2019 & our sales gal Dolores Leon used profanity in Spanish & at end couldn’t make the sale her boss came to finalize it.     Come here on a Wednesday morning for an oil change. There were a lot of people. I had an appointment. They called and sent messages to remind me of the appointment. It might take 4 hours on weekends like others have said, but it took about 2 hours for me like the service person that was helping me. Everyone was professional and courteous. Wait room is ok. Free water and other drinks. The service itself? I am not a technician or car person. Hahaha. So I didn't know if they do a good job. But my car came out ok at the end. To avoid the wait, maybe schedule on a slow day.

When I first purchase my certified used car there was some unsatisfactory issues and took weeks to resolve, may I also add that the second day my car started to have minor problems which cause me to be without a car for three days. Because it already needed a new car part replacement! Although I was unhappy with my then recent purchase, customer service did what they could to make the situation better. (Took a while) But now it’s been a few months and I came across another problem, my car had a faulty battery. I know this is common in cars after certain years, but I find it strange that I had to replace mine so soon since my car is not even three years from being made. I replaced my battery but to my surprise the sales rep. Told me that the battery originally in my car was not it’s original battery. So putting two and two together, my car is on its third year with a third battery. I find this really odd and unsettling. So buyers just make sure you check the battery when buying a used car because apparently this dealership does sell everything used and replaced original parts with other used parts. Lesson learn and I would not recommend this place at all.

    Excellent service. Went to have a recall done on my Prius. I made an appointment and brought it in 45 min early and they were able to accommodate me. They ordered me a Lyft to take me home and pick me up. While I waited for the Lyft I was told to help myself to the fridge full of beverages. The staff was all very friendly and helpful the whole experience.

    I was trying to buy a camry hybrid, I went to puente hills toyota and it was so horrible they are forcing me to buy a 10k mark up price tag and I felt pressure from the start. Then I tumbled upon Claremont toyota, right of the bat pedro a sales representative took good care of me. I never felt obligated and pressured. They offered extra things when i was signing and I didn't have to hear about it again after I said no. They listened to my counter offer and respected me as a customer, so I highly recommend Claremont and pedro. Also the guy who I signed the papers with is Juan. They are very respectful and values your opinion and whatever u want.

    If I could add zero stars I would. This dealership is so unorganized. I left my car for service for what I was told would take several hours. I was offered a Lyft within 10 miles. I was dropped off locally with no problem. The dealership called when the car was ready. I was told that a Lyft would be picking me up. I waited in the pouring rain for 45 minutes and no Lyft arrived. I had a terrible time getting a live person to speak to at the dealer. I was left to wait outside for this Lyft driver that never came. One more driver, and another hour later and no one showed. I’m an elderly lady and have never used Lyft before. I had to call my son to order a driver for me. This driver came within 3 minutes. I went back to the dealer and explained my situation to the manager. I was not happy. I’m an old lady and had I known how complicated this process would be and that I was left to fend for myself for 2 hours, I would have taken my car to El Monte Longo. It’s a bit further but they never me down there. Do better, Claremont Toyota.

    I have a 2021 Toyota Venza and it needed a check up and it had 2 recalls to clear up. They didn't have the part so I was sent home with a loaner car. After the 50.00 deposit (which was supposed to be refunded) and 35.00 (gas at the pump), then i was charged another 20.00 (from my "deposit") because gas was $6. 49 a gallon when I got it at the pump and it didn't hit the 'full' line. That "loaner" ended up costing me more than my original deposit. Note: the car rental place is third party, and is just inside the dealership. Still it wasn't cool they sold me the 10 yr/ 100,000 mile extended warranty saying they would have a loaner if needed. I only have 15,000 miles and 85,000 to go. :/

    Back in 2021 I have bought my 3rd Rav4 this one is limited edition through sale person by the name Hani. I can not believe that he promised me all weather mat right before I purchased this car. But yet until may 2022, it never came true. a bonified dealership that I have trust for my 3rd purchased have promised me nothing but. I guess after they got your money , sign the deal, they just left you in their promised.     My experience with Claremont Toyota was 10/10. I came in to look at a used Mazda at a Toyota dealership and I did not expect Jesse Alvarado to give me the full rundown of the car even though it wasn't even a Toyota. It was impressive to see how he was able to adapt his knowledge of a Toyota to a Mazda vehicle. He also did an amazing job with communication every step of the way. The Mazda needed some addition fixes and he was able to help me manage that process seamlessly. I was throughly impressed.

    I was trying to get as much info as possible online since I would be traveling over an hour to get to the dealership. I would not recommend Jacob. When I found a car I was interested in I was planning on putting a cash deposit down. Jacob told me not possible I would need pre sign a partial purchase contract. Why would I sign a contract for a car in transit. That's when Jacob started acting rude.

    One week ago I walked into this dealership hoping to trade in my honda civic. The salesperson Brian Olvera. helped me choose the best car for me, he showed me all of the different models, safety features and most importantly the prices.     Appointment was made and I was still waiting for over a half hour. Had to leave because there was no straight answer when I can get my oil change done. People started getting there cars checked in even when they came 25 minutes after me.
