My husband and I have been members here for years now. Friendly, personal service at the window, and inside! During this whole pandemic, they've worked hard! When the window lines were long, because we couldn't go inside, once you got to the window, you received the personal care you were used to! They maintained their professionalism and kindness, while many weren't being kind to them, at a very trying time. I always enjoy seeing my "friends" here! Great institution!!

I called the Oregon City branch for an invalid debit card issue and I was on hold for maybe a minute. Super easy and very straight forward. Great work!

Ashley would not issue a new debit card with my middle and last name. She insisted that it needs to be full name even though they had previously issued several debt cards over the years with only my middle and last name, as well as checks - and I had a tribal citizenship card using the name I desired. She effectively said, “That tribal citizenship card doesn’t matter.” Also their interest rates are roughly half of what their major competitors offer. Clackamas offers .8% for a 3 month CD and OnPoint offers 1.49% for the same term. All tiers for CD and money market accounts were the same difference in yield.

Clackamas Federal Credit Union is by far the worst credit union. They treat their employees absolutely horrible, they are a credit union that is only looking out for themselves. The management is terrible and employees are constantly on their phones not helping members or not making the members their top priorities. They have no sense of urgency and are not there for their members. I would not recommend banking here if you are looking for great customer service.

I called in to make a payment on my personal loan and auto loan and it was a great experience. I worked with Jamie and I could see her smile over the phone. I had explained to her how I have a business as well, so she helped me update my contact information to keep my customers safe from any data breaches. She was very patient while she took my payment even though she was having technical issues with her system she kept a calm composer the whole time. Clackamas Federal Credit Union has saved me thousands of dollars by low interest rates so I can put more money into my business. I can tell that this credit union is in no way like a corporate bank, but still has the convenience of online and mobile banking that I can link to my other banking accounts out the credit union. I have been with US Bank for 12 years and never received such great customer service. Keep up the good work Jamie!!!

I have been banking with Clackamas Federal Credit Union since I was a little kid. Great customer service, always. Clear communication. The app is great and they continue to make improvements as time goes on.

I've been with these guys for 30 years they are absolutely fantastic I have never once paid a dime for any service. Clackamas they're not like a bank where you have to pay for checking or anything you want to do with your money. if I use an ATM and get charged at the end of the 30 days I get my ATM fees back

Came to do a transaction inside the bank and they refused to allow me to use the restroom. Waited outside 45 minutes for the complete transaction. Slow customer service. They said 15 minutes the day before. Pull your money out of this bank!!!

Excellent customer service, excellent financial service options, and the IT department is beyond exceptional. Online services are on point. I've moved all of my banking to CCFCU and haven't been disappointed.
