My husband and I had a great experience with CityWorth. Our realtor, Kaitlyn Higgins, was professional, prepared, and had a great attitude. She was very helpful and encouraging throughout the home buying experience. Dan Sole, our loan officer, was very communicative and diligent as he shepherded us through the process. City worth mortgage made our first time home buying experience super easy and fast. Since this purchase was unexpected my husband and I had so many questions and concerns regarding today’s market. Patrick and David Shumway were fantastic. Even though I am in Raleigh and they are in Virginia, they took our input, gave excellent guidance, and literally brought a cash purchase 8 hours after listing for $20,100 over asking. The 1% listing fee was very attractive. We saved well over $10,000 in listing fees. The fact that they were remote ended up not be an issue whatsoever. The local photographer they recommended took top notch photo's. 5 Stars all around!!!!

We had decided to put our home “for sale by owner” and were adamant that despite the multiple and incessant phone calls we received from real estate agents, we would not change our mind. But after a few weeks on the market, we received a call from Mr. Bennett Adusei. During our conversation, he explained what the process was and that it would be beneficial for us to list it with an agent, with his main purpose being to gain a client. Honestly, his offer stood out from all the rest, so we discussed the matter with my husband and decided to list it with Mr. Adusei. But what sold us the most besides his generous offer of course, is his politeness, professionalism, and commitment. Both the sale and new purchase occurred within ~2 weeks and in a housing market with unprecedented conditions (pure chaos).
