I highly recommend Krista Ellis and her team at George Mason Mortgage. Krista is an incredible lender and was a fantastic adviser for us throughout the entire process. Krista asked questions to understand our needs, explained the big picture and market dynamics, and helped us understand the details that were important to us. She is patient and great at explaining concepts in a way that is easy to understand. We were happy with the entire experience all the way through closing the loan and paying our first mortgage payment.

Very unprofessional talk, I felt they look down, if you ask can you do any better at rate of interest, they said how much do you think you will get for 5 % down at your loan. I asked them to analyze my income If I’m eligible before Processing they said I am and then they wasted 40 days of my time said declined didn’t notice give any proper reason. Simply sorry it’s declined. I felt it’s rude and wasting my time. They are not professional, it’s Richmond branch.

Greg Mullan was the best! He far exceeded our expectations. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and super patient. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage loan.

Poor communication. Lacking skills in expressing information and don’t accurately tell you what items are needed for your loan. Everything is left to the last minute and rushed. They told us that the area we decided to purchase was a “podunk town”. Not everyone is made of money and can purchase million dollar homes- seems this is all they really care about. I will never use them again with future home purchases. Would give no star if I could. The worst. Save yourself and find someone else to go with.
