Not sure where all the bad reviews come from ! City Lending is Absolutely Amazing! I received a notice in the mail stating that I might be paying to much , and they could possibly help lower my payments or put me in a new car . I called the 800 number but then I changed my mind. I had already been in the field looking for a car and we all know that you can spend countless hours at dealership only to be told No or you may need a co-signer, been there did that . Victor Madrigal assured me that this process would be smooth and that is exactly what it was SMOOTH! The Sales Manager was already expecting me because city lending email the appointment to you, and they make sure they confirm. I will make a long story short I walked in talked numbers they ran my credit, couple of minutes later I was driving in a car I wanted Dodge Charger and they paid my car off ! Oh and one last thing my interest rate is lower ! Currently doing my happy dance love this place !!!! I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to them they are Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with citylending was great. I received a letter saying my interest rate on my current loan was to high. The lady from city lending that was working with me got me an appointment with Lithia Dodge that worked around my schedule. I never thought I would drive off the dealership with a brand new car. Although I was apprehensive about getting a new car, City Lending was able to help me see the advantages of owning a new car. My old car had become a money pit. With the help of the sales professional I was directed to at Martin Kia in Bowling Green, KY, i was able to find a beautiful car that has a very comparable payment to what I was paying for the money pit. Simple, City Lending is a boiler room, you are going into a dealership with out any help from them, just motivators to get you to certain dealerships. The one star is for the motivation. Update; if they get your info they are relentless on calling, emails, texting . Also, I found out later they sold my info and still trying to get people from not calling and mailing me. These are the people that don't care how they do it, who they do it to, just to make a buck.

So after receiving a letter in the mail about refinancing my vehicle and another if I traded in my vehicle I was immediately impressed and with the amount and decided to get further details. When I submitted my info, city lending immediately called me to see what I was interested in and they set up an appointment. When I went to my appointment, they told me the options I had and decided to apply for a trade in and after two days of deciding, I finally decided to trade in my vehicle for the vehicle I wanted. I'm so thankful and appreciative about city lending! They were a lot of help. Thank you so much! I'm definitely going to recommend them to my friends. Thank you again!

Got flyer in the mail and of course I called to see about the details. Well they call and texted AND emailed. Telling me about my high mileage car and they have people that can help me blah blah. I explained my credit situation and they said it would not be a problem. Well these people dont have your credit scores, they dont know anything except what your car is. So I went to the dealership(an hour away) because city lending talked a good game. I was offered the same deal that I was offered a few months ago at another dealership. So what does city lending do again?
