Scam company. I received a letter to refinance my auto loan, and set up an appointment though lendward. When I arrived for my appointment at Barnett in White Bear, I was informed that they do not offer refinancing. I was very clear in my phone conversation that I am not looking to sell my vehicle, and only to refinance. Lendward completely ignored this. They also sent a follow up text to ask how the appointment went. I explained that the dealership they sent me to does not offer refinancing and that I am disappointed that they would send me there for a refinancing appointment. I have yet to receive a response. I would recommend that you AVOID this company at all costs, unless you are interested in wasting your own time. Sincerely, Rick Noren

The website says “ you owe more than your car is worth, high payment, a high interest rate and your credit is good you might be a prime candidate for refinance” but you guys actually don’t refinance cars like that so the website is 100% misleading. Which is fine but clarification needs to be done and the wording on the website is lying and not doing well for the client.

I am truly grateful to the person that helped me and my Husband just purchase a 2018 Toyota. We never would have thought we could have gotten an amazing vehicle like this. Low mileage, low interest, great price, with warranties that cover it for four years. This company organized everything for me and texted me constantly to keep me informed. I was contacted by Victor who asked me to go to Taylor Hyundai of Toledo. I informed him that I have recently bought a car and didn’t need their help. He then continued to contact me pretty much everyday until I agreed to finally go to the dealership. I told Victor I couldn’t afford to have another hard hit on my credit as I was working on getting a higher score and I also had no money for a down payment as I had just put all the money I had down on a car I have recently bought that I still haven’t even received the title for yet. He assured me that my credit wouldn’t be affected and I would receive a $0 down offer with a $0 rollover. I declined again. He then was very rude and said “ You do not want a much lower interest rate and monthly payment? Your going to continue to pay that high interest rate and payments?“ so I finally went to the dealership. When I arrived I was helped by Jacob C who was very confused on why Victor would tell me this false information. So now we both are sitting there looking stupid. Turns out they were only sending out info on a couple salesmen and not everyone. Long story short I now have a hard hit on my credit and wasted my time. I can’t explain how upset I am with this company.

Lendward sent me mail stating that they could lower my interest rate on my car. I called and spoke with Victor, who set me an appointment at VW of Bedford. I went in just to discuss the lowering of my rates and potentially getting a newer SUV. I needed a larger vehicle due me having 3 sons (basketball/football gear and equipment). The sales rep was really good at trying to help me the best he could with getting me into a newer car. Which he did. Although I wanted a SUV I like the decision I made. I would recommend Lendward

I recently needed to lower my car payment but really did not want to give up my Jeep that I absolutely love! Due to COVID our household is down an income and something had to give so that we could keep food on the table. I reached out to Lendward after receiving an offer in the mail and I am so happy that I did. My loan is now with a credit union at a lower interest rate and it all took only a week! Plus my payment is $100 a month lower!

Sales agent, Jessica, was very helpful and uplifting. She has a very positive and caring energy. This allowed me to feel hopeful, trading in a vehicle I've had for a few years that was in a bit of rough shape. One that I was also paying [pretty] high car payments for. Thankfully, i am now in a NEW 2020 vehicle, safer and more reliable for my son and myself. It called for absolutely nothing down to boot! I couldn't believe it! However, the car payments nearly doubled! Contemplating on taking up another job from my already busy schedule, Jessica informed me to come back in a couple of months to refinance the vehicle. I'm hoping that'll solve any potential hardships these future (first payment due in February) increased payments will cause...

Was reached out to by Lendward to refinance my car.. ended up turning in my car for a new one and went to Moran Blue Water dealership and had a great experience. They worked with what I could afford and I left with (the same day) a brand new Jeep that I love. Very happy with my experience through Lendward.

I had received a mailer to either refinance and lower my interest rate or to get a new vehicle. Was set up an appointment in a deal shop close by. Went to the appointment and was able to get a new jEep renegade latitude with an interest rate that was 12 percent lower. Though the monthly payment did go up. The day after the appointment received a follow up text from the lady I spoke to on the phone to set the appointment. All in all I had a good experience.

I received a card in the mail stating that I had been prequalified for a lower interest rate on my car loan. I thought I’d check it out. From the very beginning, Lendward made the process easy and communicated everything to me in a way that was simple and effective. My questions were always answered in a prompt manner and I successfully have a new car loan with an interest rate that’s cut in half from my previous loan! I’d recommend lendward to anyone interested in refinancing!

I had a fantastic experience. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Victor. He took all my info and set up my appointment which wasn't so easy to do as I was still trying to figure some things out. He was consistent with following up but not pushy. He was patient and informative. Grade A customer service. This lead to me getting exactly what I wanted . I am proud to be the new owner of a brand new 2021 car. Zero down with a trade. I received an offer in the mail about either refinancing my vehicle or getting into a new one. Marie contacted me and we went back and forth before speaking on the phone. I let her know several times what my situation was to avoid any time wasted. She assured me there wouldn't be an offer if it wasn't something they could do. She set an appointment with Fred Haas where I met with a salesman, Dana Thibodeaux. Although everyone was nice and professional throughout this process, they don't seem to listen to me as the consumer. I specifically let the salesman know what I couldn't do and what I didn't want to happen, but it didn't stop him from trying to sell me a vehicle. 2 hard pulls on my credit later, he got me an approval with conditions I couldn't do, that were explained to him several times in the beginning. It was a very discouraging process.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. THIS IS A SCAM – And after reading other reviews, I am certain of it. There are many similar stories. I received a notice in the mail, which I responded to. They sent me to go see "Ollie" at a local Jeep dealership. When I contacted the dealership to confirm the appointment, they said they did not have an "Ollie" who worked there. So, I contacted Lendward and informed them and was told they would have someone available to help me when I got there for my appointment time. When I got to the dealership I gave the salesman the notice from Lendward and my income verification. He promptly threw the notice from Lendward aside and did not look at it again. The dealership claimed they could not get me into a vehicle for anything less than $780 a month, which I was not about to do. I tried to contact Lendward via phone and text and heard nothing back until later the next week when they asked me how the visit to the Jeep dealership went. I responded that it did not go well, they couldn’t get me into a vehicle for more than double my current monthly payment and I would like to discuss the refinance option on the notice they mailed me and STILL have not heard back from them (that was almost two weeks ago). This is either a scam to get your social security number and other information. Or, it may be a scam where they are working with other dealerships to get you into their facility so they can sell you a vehicle with inflated interest rates. Also, my phone has been blowing up with robo-calls since I fell for this. I can’t say for certain it is them selling my information, but it’s all very coincidental and happened within days of giving it to them.

I too received the same letter that all the other reviewers claimed to have received. I'm just curious...if you say that your company helps people get refinanced....why isn't there ONE good review here about anyone getting refinanced??? ALL of the good reviews are about getting new cars. Seems a little fishy to me... Grandma always said....where there's smoke, there's fire. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a notification in the mail that stated to call a number and see about refinancing my car at a lower interest rate. I called and they set me up with James at Energy Country Ford. Well, he not only got me in a new car, but he got my interest rate dropped to nearly nothing. I would highly reccomend Lenward and Energy Country. Thank you guys so much.
