Needed some help changing my email address and closing an account that I'm not using and getting charged monthly fees. I called CCU and Brian answered. His tone of voice is upbeat and immediately inviting. He updated my email address and confirmed it was changed online too. He told me about the basic checking account which doesn't have fees and offered to convert the existing account. He converted the account and now I won't be charged fees! I'm thrilled that I had solutions by phone and didn't have to go into the bank. Thank you Brian for helping me resolve my issues.

I can not begin to describe the gratitude and appreciation that I have for Ms. Ashley Singleton. I did a auto refinance, and she knew her business. She was very patient, professional and courteous. Ashley is definitely an asset to the City Credit Union. As long as you have staff like Ashley on board, I will forever be a client. Thank you Ashley!

I've been with this Bank since April 2019 Great service, great customer service. Recently I did an Equity Loan and Ms. Eva Gomez was great she went on and beyond helping me get this resolved in a timely matter and very professional. I Highly recommend to used this Bank.

Let me just start off by saying THANK YOU DENISE!!!! I had a long day from work stressing calling customer service that couldn’t help me with my card or couldn't tell me anything about where my new card was mailed. I traveled from my job to my closest location and expected to have another hard conversation and was completely thrown off by Denise’s welcoming and problem solving skills. I'm a happy camper now and just wanted to thank her again!

I did a home equity loan at City credit union in Duncanville and Sergio M. helped me. He was awesome!! He made it so easy for me and went above and beyond to help me. He was so patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him!

I can only speak to this location and the Zang branch (now closed). Both have friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been a customer for over 8 years. I certainly hope the other branches can measure up to the Duncanville group. Keep up the good work team!

I needed a loan to help me get boosted ahead for the new year and get me on track and Ashley Singleton was the loan officer who helped me do that, she is curteous, knowledgeable and and answered all my questions thoroughly. Its in my opinion that she went above and beyond with getting me approved and on track, she is a star in my book! I wish more people are like her.

I applied for a car loan and my loan officer David Capuchino was extremely professional, communicative and patient. We went through the whole process of approving me and paying the car dealership. After all this the car dealer backed out. David quickly canceled the wire and as nice as he could be told me not to worry, continue shopping for a car and to just let him know when I find a new car. This will be my fourth loan purchase with this bank.

Went here for an automobile loan & was quoted an interest rate by a loan officer named Antonio Miranda. The day comes to actually sign on the loan & purchase the car (some 10 days later) - and the same guy quotes me an interest rate that's 4 times what he originally quoted. He knew that I had already sold my car & was in a pickle. His response was to try to finance somewhere else... Worst bank & customer service experience I have ever had anywhere.

I am so thankful and blessed to have found Mrs. Singleton she has helped me tremendously! She was so professional and really help me to understand when I didn't! I would highly recommend Mrs Singleton too anyone anyday! Thanks to you Ashley Singleton and City Credit 😘

Shekema Williams was one of the nicest representatives that city credit Union could have ever employed. I really appreciate her patience and honesty as well as her conversation. She was able to explain everything in detail manner and a professional manner. So I must say the time that I spent with her was very educational I wish city credit Union would hire more like her.

I'm totally appreciative of this young lady Mrs. Shekema Williams. I came in to see if I could get my car refinanced. Not only did she assist me with the car but has shown me how to better my credit score that's true customer support. We need people like her everyday. I love this bank. Shekema Williams helped me buy my very first car. She made the experience very smooth and relaxing. She was understanding and made sure I understood everything at every step in the process. 10/10!

They are closing all of they're branches, I will be closing my account and banking with a credit union that has multiple locations and cares about the customers who's money they're gatekeeping, because this is ridiculous clearly they don't care about there customers and not to mention the app is beyond outdated are we in 1996 or 2022? The app is down every other day and the average person checks they're account atleast 1 time a day so half the time we as customers don't even have access to our account which is absolutely unacceptable.

My husband raved about how very informative and helpful Ashley was in assisting him to get his dream truck. He very seldomly gives 5 stars but wanted to be sure she received 5 stars.

The staff is always friendly, cordial and efficient. Have probably been to almost every location they've had (presently closed) and the ones open on Saturdays. But hands down they are very respectful and considerat to members who have impairments. They really know how to hire a great staff.

Mrs. Singleton was phenomenal. She explained everything in detail and step by step. Very glad to have her as my loan officer.

I’ve been using City Credit Union for many years and I’ve never received service like I did today. I came in to get a new card and and Ms.Denise was very helpful in assisting me. She was very kind and patient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Ines, even with her mask on, smiles with her eyes. It's hilarious that other customers caught on to it too. I was hesitant to write a review because it may have sounded flirtatious and I respect women at work and not to make comments that may be misconstrued, but since even ladies said it their reviews I'm comfortable admitting that is a rarity in customer service. Great job Ines!
