Mike, Dawn and his team were able to close in a very short period of time on our refinance. The process took a little over 3 weeks from start-to-finish. They were also very competitive with their rate and fees -- even being able and willing to match a lender discount program my wife was eligible for through her work. We chose City Bank Mortgage because the other program would have taken about 60 days (we were told refinancing was considered a lower priority than were new loans).
