Citizens Savings & Loan N Eastman Rd, Kingsport

Applied for a loan for $2,500, got a call saying they got me approved for $1,500. I said ok that's good. They said that it would be $118 a month. First payment would be due on January 2nd. Then the girl says I'm gonna have to call you back. She calls back and then tells me sorry your not approved unless you have collateral. They should have to stand by their word! Bad customer service. Stay away!

When you really need the extra money they say you can get , they say that you cant for some reason or other. Have an existing account now needed a little to help pay for a medical test they turned down the request and i have made all my paymemts on the existing account.

I myself would never ask this place for a loan I seen a couple people that have had a loan with them be threatened by a Mr. Charles Wilson , by telling on a family member for having a record or threatening jail. And doctoring paperwork to back up his story. I would ask the devil himself for a loan before going here. They were gonna arrest a 66 year old woman because she missed a couple payments but stayed in touch with them and another friend car broke down and she tried to tell him where it was and he couldn't find the address so she now as a record even though they got her car.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE! CHARLES WILSON WILL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL. THREATEN YOUR FAMILY & HARASSES YOUR FRIENDS AS HE GOES TO KPD AND GETS HIS BUDDY TO GIVE HIM DIRT ON ANYONE YOUR ASSOCIATED WITH. HE WILL TAKE A WARRANT OUT ON YOU PUT YOU IN JAIL AS THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU WITH FRAUD & HINDERING A VEHICLE THEY ALREADY HAD. ALL BECAUSE HE DID NOT GET THE REPO FEE. FOR HE WAS TO LAZY TO RETRIEVE THE CAR FROM WHERE IT WAS AT. THERE FOR WE CALLED ANOTHER TOW COMPANY TO PICK IT UP. HE WILL LIE ON YOU AND CONTIUNE TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH THEM. MY QUESTION WHO RUNS CITIZEN SAVINGS AND LOAN. SHADY MR CHARLES WILSON SOUNDS LIKE TO ME.
