I take my Mom there for banking and always have a good experience. Polite staff

Very poor experience. Everybody is raving about this bank but with 30 minutes till close, they can't spare 5-10 minutes to help me open a checking account with everything needed in hand. Also who on this earth closes at 12pm? Pathetically lazy bank staff. Sticking with first convenience who'll help you in the last 5 minutes that they're open. Trash.

I must say what a refreshing difference to find friendly staff who are truly helpful. This bank is a refreshing change from the horrible practice and people of BOA. I have never had a bad experience in the the years since I moved my account from the horrible place I was forced to use for too long. Bank at Citizens and you can be happy too.
