    Went to get 1 thing fixed , got my car back , then took it back again the next day because they broke my radiator. I tried to get the technician to explain what happen so I could understand but they brushed it off with “anything could’ve happened” . Well I Got it back again, hopefully it’s all good now. I use to trust this place with my car .

    I took a vehicle in for service, after waiting 2 months, constant delays, and consistent poor/lack of communication from Betty in the service department, she finally admitted they couldn't do the job because they didn't have/can't get a particular tool. Betty then referred me to the dealership in Corsicana to get the job done, to which I asked if they could borrow the tool from them, she refused. Just a terribly poor experience all around, they should be ashamed.

    I have a customer that tried to buy a truck from this dealer and the dealer would not sell it to them unless he financed with them. If that’s not illegal it should be but it is certainly unethical. These kind of people are what give car dealers a bad name.

    Pegasus in Ennis, Tx. took really good care of us , we traded in our 2019 Silverado Texas Edition for a 2021 chevrolet Colorado. We came in for our first oil change and tire rotation today. They gave us 6 free oil changes and tire rotations for buying through them. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car or truck .

    I have never had such a good experience with buying a car. Russell Spargo, Financial Manager made it so easy for me. He was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on what vehicles he had on the car lot. He was very patient with me and I truly appreciate that. Mark Duque was well versed on selling me a vehicle. He was very friendly and polite. My husband has bought two other vehicles from Pegasus Chevrolet. We will continue to buy from Pegasus Chevrolet as they have been the best dealership to work with by far! My husband and I highly recommend them, especially Russell as he has made car buying a great experience! It's worth the drive from Arlington to Ennis!

    I was nervous going in to make the purchase. Before I could get out of my car a very polite young man asked me if needed any help. I asked him did he work there and he said yes. He asked me what was I looking for and I explained that I was nervous and proceeded to let him know what I was looking for.     I'm happy that they got me in so quick and they even leave me a loaner car. However I don't think they tried very hard to recreate the issue I was having and so nothing was fixed. So instead of warranty covering it I had to pay.

    Made appt online and selected service with price, received 3 emails got to Pegasus and was told no record of appt and that they don't do 11 appts. Showed service my emails was told a total different price and that the price online was a coupon. No where did it indicate that. I had a coupon from Chevrolet and was told I could not use it since that was a special. Told them to just change my oil and they allowed my coupon. Would not recommend this place for service. Took almost a hour for the oil change.

    Pegasus Chevrolet was amazing to work with from start to finish! On the phone we spoke with Cotton who turned out to be the Manager! How many Managers answer the phone or help out? Cotton does. When we arrived we were greeted with Dani who went above and beyond our expectations. We have always been a Chevy Family and will continue to do business with them at this location. They were amazing as stated above! No hassles straight to the point. We got the vehicle we wanted changed our mind at the end of the night for a different color but same vehicle! They did not disappoint and we love our new 2022 Trailblazer! 🙌🏼

    I was actually referred by my barber. I am new to Ennis and found a barber that I trust. I noticed his new Chevy pick up and asked him about it. He told me that one of his customers that frequents his shop works for Pegasus Chevrolet and offered me a card from his customer. The card had Mary Mc Clures name as the point of contact. By the way Mary was very professional and well versed in customer service. I soon, however, learned that my salesman, George was her husband. He took great care of me and did an awesome job by way of customer service and sales.     The service was great the service advisor kept me up to date and if anything changed during my visit she let me know quickly. Very good experience. 12-10-2021- Had my truck in the shop to get my oil sensor changed. Took it in Wednesday morning and got it back Friday afternoon. Service was excellent and the service advisor was very helpful and kept me up to date on the repair. I would recommend Pegasus Chevrolet great service.

    If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I made an appointment, days in advance. When I arrived I was told it would take about 20 minutes for my oil change. The place was deserted. I seemed to be the only one there. One hour later, I asked where my car was. The woman at the service desk responded it should only be about 20 minutes more. I waited, trying to give the the benefit of the doubt. After 20 minutes, I went back to the service desk and asked for an update. The woman seemed irritated I was even in her office. She said she would “go check things out” and left me standing alone in her office. I stood in her office waiting for her to come back for 35 minutes. There was no one else in the service station. Finally, and after two hours of waiting for my “20 minute oil change” I was able to find someone in the dealership to get my car. When I got my car, the service light had not been reset, of course. I’d be surprised if my oil was even changed. Safe to say I will never be purchasing another car from this dealership (the sales woman when I bought it was bad enough and a whole different story) but I will also never bother stepping foot in any establishment owed by Pegasus. Worth of time, terrible service, and unconcerned whatsoever about their customers or their time.

    Fast and great service. Had DIFY Battery mobile service come out to install two batteries on my GMC truck & many of the electronics were not working. I was told I needed to do a drive cycle and it would clear it up. Still had the same issues after the Drive Cycle so I took it to Pegasus. The mechanic said there were two wires that where not plug in. He fixed the problem at no charge. I will use them again on future maintenance.

    They were very friendly, however I had 300.00 worth of work done oil change and transmission fluid change and I am not getting why you couldn’t fill up the windshield washer fluid. If that’s not mandatory to do then okay. I will just take my truck back to Frank Kent Chevrolet in Corsicana. They will do a complete fluid check and refill as well as wash the vehicle.

    This dealership posted a vehicle for $21,900 for a pre-owned Landcruiser. After making an offer to purchase, they suddenly changed the price overnight to $25,900. They informed me that they will still honor the $21,900’initial price but it will be as is, no registration, no state inspection. Never had any experience like this from any car dealership. Be aware and careful about this place. Really bad experience from this dealership
